  1. I've just sent it to you again, hopefully you can have a look soon. Anyone elses input would be great!!! thanks guys.
  2. Heres a link, dont need to take the headlights off though. Hope it helps. I never used a jacked to get it off, taken it off dozens off time. Just need to get down on the floor. http://www.supraforums.com.au/forum/aesthetics/18217-diy-how-do-i-remove-front-bumper.html
  3. Obviously misfiring cause the spark plugs are covered in carbon.
  4. Platinum Sport 2000. Data log has been sent to you guys, check it out if there is any mishaps
  5. Definitely keep that in mind next time. I;ve purchased it as it was. Not to sure how i am suppose to log the data. I tried to do it last time but it didn;t connect up. Unless im doing something completely wrong or incorrect software. Anyone know how with the haltech? Also i started the car up yesterday, and i think your right about the cold start map it runs really rich on start up after 5 mins all good. Cause i unplugged the o2 sensor just to see what would happen and it runs way better!!! i'll try again and see if i have the same out come. When I unplugged the o2 sensor, the ECU narrow band sensor was reading at a higher volt of .14 volts compared to 0.10.-0.11 volts when plugged in. On neutral it use to smoke up heaps heaps on idle, but it didnt yesterday ran normal with the exception of slight petrol smell pretty much red lined it after i drove it around. Was surprised not to see smoke trial behind me. also is there a way to check if my wiring loom is playing up?? cause i have a feeling the old owner may have soldered some old parts in such as the attachment for the o2 sensor its from a 7M-GTE and also the sensor was from a 1JZ. Is this done by a voltage meter and also how do you do it correctly??? Cheers for the help!
  6. Yeah, paint is a ball breaker. think im just leave it as is and hopefully afford a full respray by the end of the year. BTW, i just found out i got ripped off with how i painted my bar just materials they said i needed such as thinners, harder, primer they told me it was required for 2 pac paint but in fact 2pac already contains it all and primer is all the same... Should of done more research but i was soo exited to start spraying cause of the weather!!! Not going back there again!! Plus i didnt know a mate was doing panel beating!!! should of got him to do it. Thanks for the input!
  7. Can definitely see that, i just painted my front bar looks nice and all but i knew it would be a differnt colour match i got 1B9 and prepped a series 1 bar. Just a tad darker but still very nice.Since i had an aftermarket one that sat to low. Just going to save up for a full respray once project is complete. Quicksilver original gonna be a pain. People say to blend it or do people just leave it? I was just curious cause people come up to me and ask if the car has been in an accident. Annoying question to get asked.
  8. Hey All, I keep doing seraches on Supras via google images & local car sales, Quick silver met (1B9) they all have mismatched rear bumpers. Is this normal or what? Or am i just seeing all the bad ones. I havent seen one that is factory with a normal matched colour and i have one myself. I know the colour is awesome and all but soo hard to match aswell. What are your guys thoughts on this??. thanks.
  9. Okay i didnt know there was a name for it, i understood that it was doing something like. Thanks for explaining. does that mean the ECU reading i was getting at .15 Volts should be around greater than 0.4 volts. What are the readings people suually get or your own?? I also been reading people that have their cars tuned up properly sometimes dont have o2 sensors. i thought that was very strange & was contemplating seeking a new tuner. i guess, ill See how i go once i get the correct O2 sensor.
  10. What do you mean by daft info? like i said im new to supras. I've purchased a new oxygen sensor.
  11. I was wondering the same thing. do we cut them off or closed them up???
  12. Legends thanks for that. I read it up recently on how to install a Turbo kit for future reference and everyone has those plugs hanging out. Is it required to cover them up? had a bit of oil and grease on it will it change anything or just dont worry about them.
  13. problem has been fixed and mapped.
  14. hey guys, i'm trying to give this a go but i cant seem to get the two phillip head screws off i tried using wd-40 just to loosen it doesnt work. feels like its glued on. not to sure what to do now, any advice? STUCK AT THIS STEP, Next unscrew the philips screws, one Idle Control Valve split in two
