  1. I'm an Ex dirty skyline owner! And technically I'm still South East area rep for the skyline owners website Welcome!
  2. Just testing the water for this one, if enough interest i'll approach the organisers I've had a look at this, I think this will be a great show for us to attend. A brilliant mix, Fast cars and Fast planes. At present, there are no Supra’s on display for this. It would really promote the club and let people see how good this club really is. Show them that we are enthusiastic about our "super" cars as people are about "classic" cars. Also let them see our fantastic club community spirit. We have some stunning examples of our cars let’s knock their socks off! http://www.wingsandwheels.net/ 5 Hour Airshow 2 Hour Motoring Show Wheels Zone & Parade Military Zone & Parade Stunt Zone Evening Entertainment Kid's Zone Fairground, Simulators, Meet the Pilots 80 Different Retail Outlets I have attended this show a few times before and it has always been a great day out, and one you can take the whole family to. I think this would be great opportunity for us. Also for anyone that doesn't know this show takes place where they film TOP GEAR. So guys can we get some names down ASAP. I need to approach the organisers as quickly as possible so I can secure us a stand. C'mon lets show 'em that Supra’s are the "real" deal. Cut'n Paste your names on the list people. I am hoping to arrange a stand for the Sunday (27th) but will confirm ASAP. 1. Ben_harmer32 + wife, son and daughter.
  3. Ah I see! Engine will be out anyway as building an NA-t engine to drop in at a later date. I would remove the sump either way even if I was going to tap it, i was just wandering if it would save me from messing up the drilling to just use a TT sump if I found a cheap second hand one Thank you very much for the help!
  4. Thank you for the reply What makes it more of an effort?
  5. Had a search around but can't find the answer I'm looking for. Possibly a dumb question but i'll risk it. I have read up on the NA-t conversion and see you have to drill the sump for the oil return. Is it not possible to use a TT sump that already has an oil return, or are these not interchangeable between the 2 engines?
  6. Facelift side lights on the way, all exterior parts now sorted
  7. I am the same. I always said I would only do it if I found the right parts. So now I have the aero supra, APR wing and Heart Racing alloys it would be rude not to! lol
  8. Thank you, still hoping to get it done by April. Would like to do JAE
  9. This is true. But I plan on having it a long time so I'm sure it'll go turbo eventually lol
  10. They are staying with the precious owner. I will see if he's selling
  11. TRD Bonnet: 19" Racing Heart M5 wheels: APR Bi-plane Spoiler: Bomex Body kit: Facelift side indicators: seats: Ordered a number plate for when i go to shows Will update once i have the car and all parts are fitted
  12. Coming soon! I grew up with that orange Supra as a dream car. Now I have the chance to build one I'm going for it!
  13. Unfortunately the Supra is going. Due to circumstances the TT is no longer an option for the minute. So this car will not be finished However, I have now got an N/A aero which I will be continuing the project on. I am keeping the spoiler, wheels, seats, body kit and bumper from this car. Link to the new build thread. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?338945-Ben-s-4th-Supra-(Fast-and-Furious-Replica)
  14. Ordered a number plate for when i go to shows
  15. I'm looking at buying a spare NA engine to build an NA-T to then drop into my NA when ready. However, I don't know if I should buy a VVTI engine or not. I know the VVTI gives better low down response so would prefer that, but are they the same to turbo as a non VVTI or would it have more complications? Car is currently a non VVTI. Any help would be greatly appreciated
  16. All depends how tall the passenger and driver are! I've been in the back of my brothers Supra when he had it but we are all short arses! lol
  17. I warmed the car up, took a picture of all the needle positions. swapped the dials over. Re-warmed the car then refitted the needles as per the picture. then put everything back together properly
