  1. Question, when using the manual mode. When you come to a junction do you put it into first or just pull away in second and then change to third? I find it annoying having to push the button in to engage first gear!
  2. I did wander if it was friends bidding to bump it. Noticed the TRD dials as well but no way of knowing if they are real or not. I got extra pics sent to me when it first went up of interior and underneath.
  3. Not my sale, but how is this over 11k? Am i missing something? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254562118420?_trksid=p2380057.m570.l5999&_trkparms=gh1g%3DI254562118420.N36.S2.typeWATCH_ITEM_ENDING_SOON.R3.TR3

    Hi

Hello and welcome to the club!
  5. Just to clarify what i meant by hatchbacks, the ones like the AMG Mercedes A45 and the new Audi RS3's. They're all packing around 400bhp
  6. Mine is BPU which i have done purely for my benefit, i like the way it feels and sounds. I rarely 'race' anyone, i'm getting to old, like my license and usually have the kids in the car. I may put the foot down every now and then if i see someone staring etc. To be honest even with 450bhp i think these days the Supra will struggle to keep up with a lot of the newer hot hatches. With modern gearboxes, suspension and brakes (and a lot of them with decent power themselves) the Supra doesn't stand a chance. But it's way more of an icon and i think a lot of people assume when they see them on the road they're running 800bhp+, so i just pretend i have no point in trying against them, give a little blip of the throttle to make the turbos chirp then carry on cruising.
  7. I did quick search, found some conflicting information: One said the internals are pretty much the same but the TT has an electronic valve body and more clutch packs. The other said everything in the TT box was bigger and beefier. But either way the TT auto is a better box.
  8. Hello and welcome to the club!
  9. Look forward to reading everything you've done to yours.
  10. Before Current Mods I Llked Hybrid turbos Top secret bonnet (just for the added noise from turbos driving along) Blitz access ECU Mods I would steer clear of Anything that says universal Metal air filter intake pipes Electric fans (aftermarket)
  11. Looks great. That colour is amazing!

  13. Will do £300 delivered or £250 collected if anyone wants it. Otherwise i'll keep it as a spare
  14. Yes it's an extra vent Picture below: Also nearly finished the rain guards, little more tweeking. Used fire retardant correx sheet. It's in 2 panels, each has 6 screws. Easily removable when the weathers good and can pop in the boot
  15. Fitted a carbon Top Secret bonnet to the car that i bought from whifbitz. It's great quality however i couldn't get the stock catch on the right to engage no matter what i did (Peter P on the forum is having the same issue with his). I have fitted after market aero catches anyway so it's all heald down tight. I mentioned the issue to whifbitz via message, which they read but did not reply. I'll update if i get a response. Also have a slightly bigger gap on the lower right hand side (few mm), bonnet sits perfect at the top and on the left. I'm going to try and slightly adjust the wing to close the gap. Tomorrow i've got some sheets of heat resistant correx tray arriving. I am going to use this to make a rain guard which will divert any water coming through the vents to the side gullies of the car. I am going to make it so it's easily removable for when the weathers good Another thing i did't think of when fitting the bonnet, holes in the bonnet means more noise gets out! My turbos sound epic!!
  16. Yeah mine was the same. Catches have 3 bolts each, have to undo them and lift them up. Managed to get one to engage now but not the other. Will try again tomorrow but I'll be running aftermarket catches anyway so not overly fussed. The whifbits ones are shorter than stock when I measured.
  17. Have my new carbon TS bonnet coming next week (hopefully) so once that's on my stock one will be for sale so guarding interest In good condition and comes with bonnet insulation (will be minus washer jets) £300 Collected from Horsham, West Sussex.
  18. Complete fuel system consiting of 6an (jic) teflon braided lines. Kit includes: Feed from pump to fuel filter Pulsation damper bypass from filter to rail Return line to tank Bosch filter with fittings Fitting for oem rail This is one of Hodges kits, I bought it second hand to go on my car but am now going a different route so no longer needed. Previous owner ran on his car for 18 months at BPU, good for small to medium singles as well. £100 can post at buyers cost.
