ok my mrs has been temping for a while and the current place offered her permy employment, but due to problems with the contract it was never signed and it's been 'being sorted out' for a while.
She has now been offfered a much better job else where and accempted it. the question is, how much notice does she need to give ?
Is she still on the temp contract (weeks notice) because the permy one was never signed ? Or is she still bound to the permy contract notice period of 1 month.
we both hoping she can get away from their on the temp contract as it really is a hole of a place, but obvisly dont want to do anything to burn bridges etc.
