well I've failed the MOT ... for having a pink fog light !!! so after a quick fix with one of the girls at works nail polish i've got a pass, but i'm after suggestions for a more permenent fix. The fog light is a JIC re-wired reverse light, so it's a white lens, I tried halfrauds on the way back from work and they dont sell red fog light bulbs, and the cosest they could do was Folitec bulb paint. Can I source an Led buld some where perhaps ???

only bit i like are the wheels, the wing mirrors and the lights other than that not for me

intresting points Chris, wot would you say is a realistic aim for someone that wants something that will embarress most people on the roads and that can be achived without obtaining the same amount of debt as a small country ?

yep, when you turn the steering wheel you get loads of nasty noise, and it's almost impossible to steer the car when it's hardly moving. Was in the garage the other week for a pre mot check and this was the only item it failed on. Mechanic there said it was the pump, although they wont quote on fixing it as it's too big a job ???? hence myself and my mate who looks after jet enginees going to have a go !

Anyone ever replaced their PS pump ? i'm going to be doing the A Belt at the same time so any advice greatly taken.

apparently if the car is over their for less than a year it's a tourist car so emissons does not apply ! and i wont need to register the car in the us at all just need to prove proof of ownership. also need to check out car insurance i guess

ok guys the chance to disapear to Texas draws ever nearer ... soo if i go i want to take the supra. now i know it may be expesnive but i've looked at one shipping company which quotes 450 quid from southampton to houston plus insurance. so whilst i wait for a proper quote, any ideas what paper work needs to be done ? i checked the us embassy and the customs faq basically says all i need in the ownership document !!! help !

I've seen lots of engine start buttons but they still need a key. anything in development that can get rid of the key alltogher. something like the lagoona's (sp) have ?

auto-loc kit .. used to have the web site address and details. spoke to a body shop about doing it and the guys relpy was classic ... 'YOU WANT TO DO WHAT WITH A SUPRA !!!!' followed by intake of breath and 'listen mate I've got a civic you could have'

Can anyone post up instructions on how to remove the top glove box. If it is possible. I've taken a look and removed the two brass screws that are behind the blanking plants , but it's not coming out. I've given it a bit of a pull, but I'm being fairly gentle as i dont want to break anything. ta Paul
