Yeah I hope so. It's 9 months old now so i'm hoping it has a years warranty. Contacting Microsoft support is a bloody nightmare though - they're hopeless.

Not entirely sure to be honest. It started freezing up in game occasionally and it gradually got worse and much more frequent. Now it's powering up but then freezing even before the Xbox logo comes up each and every time.
