I haven't. I've called them a number of times now and been stuck on hold for 15-20 mins each time so I've hung up. I did get through twice before however - first time they hung up and the second they took my name and number and said they would call me back - they didn't. Email doesn't work either as they tell you to call them. Let me know how you get on if you give it a go tomorrow.

Another 360 problem thread!! This is happening all too often now and all around the same time. Cheeky sod Have you got it in an enclosed space mate - either the Xbox or the PSU? I've read storys of people hanging the psu up with string to allow air to circulate all the way around it. Bollocks to that! I'm going to take mine back with the receipt and try my luck for either a replacement or a full refund - it's a joke.
