  1. so they dont have holes either side of the wheel thread bolts?
  2. Can someone please post images of what the standard jap brakes should look like. The disks are the main concern, i dont remember them having so many holes in and its chucking down with rain so cant check the car. Also a pic of the standard pads would be good.
  3. I thought id post this so other people can benefit too. Had loads of trouble finding parts for the supra with it being an import and all and stumbled across this company after discovering they retail parts to rogue motorsport. They were also the only company who put my car details in and got the correct car and part numbers not thinking it was a twin turbo or a Honda motorbike like Halfords. Anyway got an amazing price on a set of disks and pads, and they do their own lambda sensors too which are used on rogues race cars so i have gone for two of these and they are a steal at £29 a piece. Here is the link to there site.... http://www.autojapspares.co.uk/
  4. It was this code: 90919 - 21521 And that brought up a list for the leads all 7 at £50. Fingers crossed they're the right ones :-)
  5. Perhaps his system was listing it as a turbo just because the na is a jap car. I made sure he took the engine code and this matched and its definitely for 7 leads.
  6. Ive just been to order a load of parts for the supra and something the guy said worried me slightly. Are the ignition leads for the na and turbo the same? He put the code in i got for the na and it brought up saying they were for the turbo.
  7. Is there an online tool for finding paret numbers? My car keeps brigning back details for a twin turbo supra when i enter the reg and its an na import. Im looking for the part numbers for the pads and brakes for jap spec brakes mainly but a few other bits too.
  8. Would these leads be ok? http://www.micksgarage.com/ProdDetails.aspx?pid=767685&AffiliateID=32475&utm_campaign=google_base&utm_medium=shop_channel&utm_source=google_base&utm_content=&utm_term=
  9. Ok after loads of searching is this the correct Lambda? Denso 234 1055. Single wire single pin connector plug. Found on http://www.rockauto.co.uk/catalog/raframecatalog.php
  10. Ht leads looked in good nic, but i can change these too. But just trying to work out which sensors and wear to get them from. What are the part numbers of the rotor cap and leads?
  11. Thanks just red a thread on this as well. Will look into it. The cars servicing before me looks a tad laxed so im guessing ill change all 3. Im struggling to find the lambda though. What model Denso do i need is it 2 x DOX 0228>? I would imagine both sensors should cost around £90 for the pair.
  12. Are the lamda sensors from the 2jzge in the lexus is300 suitable for the supra?
  13. Ok thanks. Are there 2 on the car or just one? How much are they and can i use a generic one and remove the block connector off the current one use that?
  14. And they are ok for a non turbo? The listing says turbo... Im quite tempted by this. Do you happen to know if that decat can be used with the standard exhaust?
  15. Brill thanks for the replies :-) Did you buy one of the cheaper de cats on ebay too? Im trying to weigh up just removing both decats and keeping everything else standard or keep the first cat and change everything back...
  16. Do you happen to have a video at all? Are the quality of the welds as good as they look in the pics? And did you have any trouble with fitting?
  17. I stumbled across these on ebay and was just wondering if anyone had experience with them or not>? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140490376813?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_866wt_956
  18. No id been for a short drive in it before hand, a couple of miles. But yes it was cold start before that? My mpg does seem to be a bit low around town miles, fine on motorway.... Dont know if that helps.
  19. I finally got round to changing the plugs on my supra today and found that 1 was quite damp and the other very wet. It looked like fuel as opposed to oil and was very runny. This was just on two of the plugs, the worst being 4th plug (1 through 6 if your looking straight at the car from the front). The plugs were Denso ones and didn't look in the best shape, would a plug that isn't working as well allow for excess fuel to not be burnt off? On another note. Should a n/a make a "sucking" or "wooshing" type noise when you gun it? It almost sounds like my old turbo when it was spooling.....

    Photoshop

Thank you :-) Think in real life it'd look a bit lighter, but i like it But not as much as the red so dont worry!
  21. Thanks the ngk i quoted above are spot on. Just bought 6 for £35 :-)
  22. Ok so even if they are the jspec brakes still best to go toyota :-) Dont want to get the plugs from them though if they are the right ones?
  23. Ive now checked and spoke with rich and dyno daze and he's confirmed i have jap spec brakes. Where is the best place to buy disks and for my car from? Also can i use NGK- 5EIX -11 plugs with a non turbo?
