  1. Well looks like i get to keep the Supra (fingers crossed), but either way i have taken the manifold and first cat off of the car and fitted a stainless unit i bought a while ago. It has made such a difference to how the car feels and the noise from the thing is immense now! Sounds like an old race car! Ill try and post some pics up at some point and a video too if i can. Still got to do the bushes and fit the footwell lights. Then i think i may consider making some other small mods once i get my first pay check should things go as planned! Anyway watch this space.......
  2. Use the search bar. Pretty sure there is a fair bit about that retailer.
  3. Yer what sort of time? Ive got to collect my son from nursery later afternoon but anything before is fine by me Also mine is slightly modified too, but guessing if your looking na-t that wont bother you!
  4. Hi mate. Im in Coventry so not far. More than happy for you to have a gander at my car. It is a non turbo though
  5. Yer, or at least it was on mine. I used it for a small led on my car before.
  6. There will be a remote live spare behind the cd player for the led ring.
  7. The led ring is a simple live feed, id wire it into something that only comes on when the ignition is on if you even want it... And the black is just the earth. With regards to the original cig lighter wiring ive not unplugged that before..
  8. Ill be looking to see if you can beat my renewal for me then Im just looking to make sure its insured for what its worth. I dont have lots of expensive mods, so just want its true value protected.
  9. Keron dont worry about it, just let me know if and when you want me to start making it. :-D If you need a hand with anything (unit wise etc) give us a shout and ill pop over, I know how mad things can be leading up to it from when mine was born.
  10. Ah thats good to know thanks. Lower power and lower value so hopefully i can get it for close to what i want.
  11. Cool thanks everyone. :-) Ill see if i can haggle my current insurers down. I guess if the turning 25 discount has gone, anything sub £500 i'll be happy with. I dont think thats too unreasonable to ask for....
  12. Congrats mate, fun times to be had ahead!
  13. Hmm thats a shame. I would have thought turning 25 and having another years no claims would make a fair difference though? All i can do is hope.
  14. No, do i assume i go direct rather than contacting them on here?!
  15. Ok its looking like i may get to keep the Supra, so next its time to tackle my insurance renewal. Basically last year i paid around £540 i think it was after i added a few bits and pieces on. Im hoping to get it for around £400-£450 this year. Im driving an n/a, ill be turning 25 (should make a big difference apparently), only covering around 4,000miles a year and it is for social use only. Ive got no points, convictions or anything nasty like that and think its 3 years no claims now. Been driving for 8 years..... Any recommendations or advice would be great
  16. This why i refuse to do flips whilst drunk. my friends have stopped pestering me to do it now!
  17. Just an n/a, get rid of the cats and it eliminates this
  18. Hadnt seen this. Oh well, i got my car because i had a picture of it when i was little, so if i get to keep it, im definitely not planning on changing if a new one comes out
  19. Surely Toyota wont brand it though. Anything 40k up these days has got to come with a Lexus badge surely?
  20. I think the turbo only has 1 sensor. But as far as i can find they are the same....
  21. Wow love this car! Really nice colour too!
  22. Hahaha i didnt notice that. I just tried grabbing the pics off of google by typing in mr2 world record attempt.
