  1. Rich what is happening to your old wheels. And the ones before those for that matter?
  2. Ok Well offer stands for any future help if needed.
  3. Know you guys probably have it sorted but if you need any coding help now or in the future just drop me a pm
  4. Im guessing something like this would be suitable? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1m-Titanium-Heatwrap-Top-Quality-High-Temp-Exhaust-Manifold-Downpipe-Heat-Wrap-/320796998204?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4ab0fdba3c
  5. You forgot some of your car Looking forward to the results (y)
  6. Yer it is really strange how the same kit fits one way on one car and a different on another. I think that how mine is, in that picture, is vertical enough. It definitely is not feeding side on..... I will look into a blanket. I think i would prefer some black heat wrap on the intake though. I'm trying to make it look as stock as possible so going to spray the intake pipes black. So if i wrap the top section by the intake with black this will blend it in quite well. What do you think? Driving the car at the moment, off boost, very reassuring as it drives just like an na off boost, which is really good to know that has not changed at all.
  7. Thanks but im planning on everything going matt black, including all the intake pipes, then fabricating metal boxes to hide all of the gubbings on both side, again matt black. Then going to get an anodized nut and bolt kit to add colour. So a chrome heatshield wouldn't look right. Here is a pic of the oil feed. It is much closer to vertical than it is 45degrees.
  8. Cheers dude. Needs loads of tidying up but just wanted to get it in and then tart the car up. Was a hell of a 14hours building it to then not be able to map it. Bit gutted. But will get the wiring sorted and hopefully get it mapped before next Sunday or actually on next Sunday. - - - Updated - - - Nope don't have anything yet. Lots of people have ran without so I will be I till I either wrap the inlet of but a turbo blanket.
  9. Ok thanks It looks more angled I the pics and is actually closer to what rich has just posted. I'll post a new pic. That is the best angle I can get the turbo on tbh because of the fittings. I will get someone to look at it and see what they think and I'll post up another pic too. The oils feed is pressurised though and my outlet is very nearly pointing straight down. Can't see how it would cause a problem. But open to a technical response to explain
  10. It was fine on the car it can from. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=177851&stc=1&d=1385867879 I can't turn the housing more. Any more and the outlet will face the strut mount directly. Twisting the other way would make the inlet more vertical.
  11. It's a fair few degrees over from being on the top. Any more and the outlet will literally be touching the strut mount area. It is slightly more angles now. But there is no way it can be angled any more to the right.
  12. I need to what? It looks the same as all other turbos?
  13. Just wondering if anyone has an AEM unit connected to their car and would like a few details of how its connected or who did it. Also if there was anything different that needed to be done when wiring it in that the instructions dont mention.
  14. Lyndon is mapping tomorrow. Dizzy is being delivered Tuesday so makeshift turbo gauze/sock till then!
  15. 7.5psi with everything stock. - - - Updated - - - Yep. Getting one ASAP. Mapping with a cover over the turbo.
  16. I did mine now thanks. Check my project thread
  17. Your inter cooler is different to how I did mine. Also the opposit way round. I took the intake down the diverside and the outlet in front of the engine. But I have stock tad etc.
  18. I want flocked dash. How much was it if u don't mind.
  19. I want it cut like the carbon one and plain so I can spray it in a booth same as car. So it looks like bodywork.
  20. Oh fair enough I want a plain 'plastic' one so I can spray it the same colour as my car. They exist? Sorry to steal thread.
  21. Do these serve a purpose other than looking nice? Can one be bought in plain plastic so i can paint myself?
  22. Fixed erratic idle. Removed all vac pipes and replaced with silicone, problem solved!
