  1. Thats the problem with electric fans the amp draw is huge and they dont really move that much air in comparison to the stock viscous
  2. Lol yes I seem to have gone off on one Mike don't I? I usually don't get involved but these threads are almost daily now, seems to have set me off. I shall abstain!
  3. True and I'm sure it looks lovely but its now not original. I know i sound like a bit of a dick but people need to start getting realistic about them. I dont dispute that your car is a lovely colour and im sure it is well finished (it would need to be for 4k), but its got 90k on it, its 25 odd years old, its not particularly rare and there isn't really any demand for it so why would it be commanding mega money? The market is completely self inflated. Its like when everyone thought a stock unopened TT would do 800bhp, yes at one stage it would have but now they all need rings, they all need rods and most actually need pistons. I have seen more 2JZs shit themselves in the past year than ever before. And people are still doing ridiculous builds and spending money on the "popular" parts to have and ignoring the issues. Truely the only cars that are worth the big money are the ones that have been rebuilt from the ground up and I mean stripped!
  4. Realistically its an NA Auto and despite what people are putting them up for is about £3k worth max. People thinking they are getting 6 and 7k for NAs at all are dreamers
  5. Thought I'd share this neat little swirl system setup done on my own car by Bradley Motorworks here in NI. Definitely no issues with fuel delivery now and the relays and wiring are just so so neat!
  6. Except for the fact most drift cars now cost in excess of £80k to build but yea sure whatever you say chum!
  7. Doesn't make any difference who he is. On this occasion he is wrong chum
  8. That is factually incorrect . If you had any knowledge of drifting you would know that infact drift cars have increased traction over and above a normal road car from the way they are set up. Drift cars run setups to increase traction. Its the power and driving style that cause the drift but making a drift car lose traction is actually really difficult. A drift car is more likely to break a gearbox than any road car.
  9. Its not that any of them are bad at all, but they aren't unique and really an intercooler is an intercooler regardless of the stamp or lack thereof on it. Its like saying why pay £500 for an intercooler when you can buy the same one on ebay for £100 without the branding.
  10. Thats exactly why I've gone for a swirl pot setup on mine. Far more reliable!
  11. Its all the same shit tbh.....
  12. Do you have the Do Luck tension bar for the floor you know that runs behind the drivers and passenger seats across the car?
  13. Cruise control isn't an issue on mine anymore lol i removed it when I passed the 750bhp mark. Was a bit dicey when it came on boost at that lol
  14. Its more the physical shape and feel I want. I was actually considering getting the sides trimmed in alcantara. Theres not too much standard about my car now so I thought it would be a nice addition.
  15. I was thinking of something a bit more modern like out of the new auris or yaris t sport. Strangely the isf wheel looks a bit cheap :/
  16. Hi all I am considering changing the steering wheel to something a bit more modern but OEM Toyota or Lexus. However I have a fair idea of what I am after. My question to you is who can advise out of what models I would get a nice meaty steering wheel, you know the kind, small centred, thick grip position and a flatish bottom - queue the innuendos! Thanks
  17. The clips however hes used look wank lol
