Im in the process of getting porcelain tiles with under floor heating and you can do it with around 3k. Electric underfloor Heating mats roughly 500£ Mormax or blue boards for insulation around 300£ Tiles depending on look quality etc hmm 1000£ Labour 500£ Good luck
