  1. Pick up hoses tomorrow morning from Toyota bolton.
  2. Hi Ian..as soon as possible really but just waiting to see if rick got my hoses or had to order them. If he had to order them they will probally be at Toyota tomorrow. Will talk to rick shortly. The spark plugs are for stock TT which are Iridium NGK BKR6EIX. Paul said these are the right ones. If you are free to help sort it out, let me know. I will cover your fuel or anything else. Regards Ray
  3. Hi steve...only the coil pack clips. Don't like messing with these hi-tech engines now. just took changes the battery on the wifes Range Rover and goosed the air suspension system memory. Its got to be re-set by computer cos the car is upset I touched it. Gone is the time of a quick twist on a carb to slow down the idle. I'm just an old tosser
  4. Thanks for the heads up boys. Wouldn't you think Mr Whiffin would have suggested that I might need these hoses. they could have come in the same package. Not to worry. Rick is going to Toyota tomorrow so I will ask him to see if they have any. Probally not as they seem to stock nothing now for Sups. Still need someone to fit the buggers. Cheers ray
  5. Anyone of you North Westers fancy giving me a helping hand at fitting new plugs and coil pack clips to my Sup. Just been delivered from PW's. Not done it before so don't want to mess it up. Car in garage at my farm in Tyldesley so can be done in any weather. Cheers Ray 07765 225414
  6. cheers Dan.....menu looks yummy. See you there
  7. Bloody hell Slutters....you are fearless. Messsing with cars since the age of 6. You would make a great team leader in the Scrapheap Challenge. Welcome and I look forward to watching this right through to the end product. Ray
  8. Oh Good. Me and Rick will be there........
  9. Either but wednesday sounds good? Cheers Ste
  10. Can't make any second Tuesdays of the month as I attend another meeting on those days. Any chance of a different day so me and Rick can come.
  11. Radio

    I cant believe it

Its beautiful........keep it. Cleaning it is good for your mind and it can't cost much in fuel cos all you do is clean it. I sold my first one after 3-4 years and always regretted it, so bought another and do just like you....love it!
  12. Buy one from a club member......you will see some cracking cars and get a good deal. Forget the dealer.
  13. Mines asleep in hibernation till spring, under cover in warm garage with soft music in background. Can hear it snoring if you listen carefully. Single turbo on John Deere screaming at full revs pulling trailer up hill though just to keep my hand in. Race logic....ha!.... who needs it, 4 wheel drive and diff locks on.
  14. Professional job this. Planned to the last. Possibly to order from information that is shown on our forum and in show mags. Shipped anywhere, super quick. Trackers, garages and all wouldn't stop a theft like this if they want it bad enough. But what could the value be to make it all worth the while. Worrying for others with super machines. Terrible....
  15. Iv'e got it.........George and its in one piece. Wonder where is puts her keys. I hate pants with no pockets.
  16. Interesting..........I notice you live in west yorkshire , yet you have seen this car in St Helens. Going off the thread, I think you could proberly do better for 3k. Do just jump in, there's plenty of good cras out there. Like Havard I'm not far from this car and again have not seen it about. If Paul dosent know it, then its never been to a northwest meeting in the past few years, so the dealer could have brought to St helens from anywhere. Why not come to the next northwest meeting and talk to the members at length. They will give you good unbiased views and maybe put you on to a member known car. Or a meeting near to your home. Food for thought.
  17. Wonder what Racelogics point of view would be. Surely they have not designed a system that they expect you to share with the original system. Just dosen't seem to make sence. Anyone work for Racelogic ?
  18. Anywhere you fancy.......good to go
  19. Cheers Lads.....will look into the snooper. The wife got done on that sneaky bend just below the steak house where we meet each month. Perhaps that why Mr side-exit-exhaust (tim) took rick the other way when he was showing him his upgrade. Must have been going about 31.............in neutral. Talking of steak!
  20. Thanks for the driving tips..........i have driven Mkiv Supra's since 1999 and also, have never been "caught" speeding in a supra (up to now) and long may it continue. I have been driving 43 years and never had a crash, and long may that continue. But my wife was done for 36 in a 30 and I was done doing 37 in a 30 some time back. Neither of us were hardly driving like a "nob" but still over the limit. In fact when we attended a speed awareness day it was full of people that had gone over the limit by just a few miles an hour and was caught by a speed trap. Not a boy racer in sight. I'm sorry my attention isn't up to the standard of some of you and I promise i will try harder. But I did only ask if anyone knew of a good system to buy. Remember to smile the next time you look at your speedo and its gone just a few miles over the limit. Have a good Christmas....
  21. Well done you Lbm. I notice you said never "caught" speeding. However its very easy drifting over the speed limit and anything that could help detect the police with their beams would help. I will add I really try hard to keep within the law apart from a burst on the motorway................Perhaps I should start wearing bananas on my head......is that the trick.
