Is the 10mm screw holding the harness connectors to the ecu in place?

Basically to take part off it and put into mine. Was checking my ecu for blown capacitor but all of them seems fine, and noticed one of the resistor has blown, plus one of the small black component have blown too, don't know the name of the part, therefore thinking of buying a faulty ecu for parts.
