  1. Yeah they make them in stock size for people not wanting to increase displacment but up the power. Dont ask me why becuase I thought new pistons require a rebore which means going with the next size up, but thats where I could be wrong 86mm stroke x 86mm piston = 3.0 86mm stroke x 87mm piston = 3.1
  2. Stock piston size is 86mm, these will not fit.
  3. I thought about doin this but my bumper is now bonded to my car so I doubt it can be done. But I did think about neatly cutting the diffuser part off and having it carbon skinned then bolted back on with some anodised hex bolts
  4. Hello and welcome A nice example of a supra you have there. To be honest though I wouldnt catch the bug of changing things too much right away, just enjoy supra ownership while the summer is here unlike me when I bought mine last year and have only had a total of about 6 weeks driving experience in the thing!
  5. Much better Engine bay looks stunning mate!
  6. Sounds good, keep us updated on this quick spool valve
  7. Just interested what converter did you go for in the end?
  8. Then he needs to try some of the above
  9. Looks pretty smart, would it be possible to do a couple of dyno runs on the exact same setup with and without the QSV?
  10. Then you need a new radiator cap

  12. Prehaps the one black bolt is a hardened non stretch bolt for some odd reason.
  13. Here mate this might help - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?41927-FAQ-Spark-plugs
  14. Sorry but im having a hard time understanding this, what did you fill to the full line?
  15. Yeah this is what I had done but it seems a bit of a challenge turning the TC with the tips of my fingers with the flexi plate in the way. I suppose an option will be to make sure the holes are roughly in the same place before bolting the gearbox on.
  16. While on the subject is there a specific way of making sure the holes line up on the flex plate and TC when bolting the transmission to the engine? When I put mine on the holes were out of line after loosly fitting the box so I had to fiddle about trying to turn the TC behind the flex plate through the inspection hole.
  17. Will be intersting to know, try giving Lee a PM mate.
  18. I thought all the bolts were the same, the new bolts I got with my new TC were anyway.
  19. Go for it, it will stand out more and its different..
  20. Seems about the average price for a single auto of that spec.
  21. I was 22 and bought my first supra which was a single turbo auto. I'm now 24 and still have the same supra....
  22. Im loving the colour of the block! Makes a change fromt the usuall black. Nice work mate
  23. Another BC coilover user here and I can only say good things about them!
