  3. Can imagine what thats like I mostly have the bung out in the nut spec but put it in if I need to make long journeys or go out late at night.
  4. How does the hks ti compare to the nut spec r without the bung? Because without the bung in mine is pretty loud already.

  6. Haha ooh betty, na I definitely don't look like Frank, believe or or not this is the last problem to solve then I have a perfect working car (how it was described in the for sale add). Cant wait to start enjoying it.
  7. Ok thanks i'll try that when I get the transmission back on, it would seem wierd for all the sensors to become faulty all at the same time. Im hoping its something simple like the plug not tight on the ECU. IIRC the water and oil temp show 90 deg, egt 900 deg and the tps displays 0% perminantly.
  8. Im not surprised the rep hes got lol. Basically yeah, I then gave up as I didnt know what i was doing even after following the instructions. When trying to start my car after it took a bit longer than usuall to fire then it was idling funny but then it sorted itself out. From then on everytime I tried starting it it took longer and longer and then I thought something wasnt right. It could be something completely different but I cant really pin point the exact time the dials were displaying abnormal values as I dont tend to look at the screen much.

Im sure its not that hard to do but im a bit useless at this sort of thing, the last time I tried starting my car it wouldnt fire and all the dials on the Toucan were displaying near maximum values. After my engine cut out I plugged my laptop in to try pull the logs but I must have done something wrong causing this problem. All I need is for someone to see if everything is set to what it should be in order for the car to run and show the correct temps etc at start up, I know Ryan's the man for this but ive had no luck contacting him as I suspect he's pretty busy at the moment and I would like to get this sorted asap. Cash there for anyone that can help, Thanks in advance

  14. And you say its just the long block no ancilaries? You can get a low mileage complete turbo lump for that mate.

  16. Thats an awesome power curve, it has more power from 2000rpm than my little gt35. A very good result indeed
  17. I keep coming back to this thread I just cant get over the power from that turbo. I bet it feels awesome on the street!
  18. But then again so does Ryan Woon, in fact any race engine. Pound for pound I vote the v8 but its a never ending debate. Im happy with what ive got so thats all that matters
  19. V8s imo are the most reliable car engine. In perspective a 1500hp supra is pretty maxed out. A top fuel funny car can make that on 2 cylinders. But I love Supra's and thats why ive got one

  22. Bronze will look nice and will stand out from the rest. Its all about being different imo.
  23. I doubt it would come close to catching a GTR even if it was real. Would be fun to drive though
