  1. I've seen this happen too on several cars but I've put my car through he'll and still no signs of cracking. I did go through alot of work bonding them on and blending, usually it's down to not prepping the panel properly ie all paint needs to be removed and all gel coat so the fibreglass matting bonds directly to each surface.
  2. Thanks for the help anyway
  3. Think I've sussed it, I found 2 plugs connected to the big bundle of wires that come down from the dash, and my ISO connecter fits perfectly with these plugs. Why this wasn't used previously I don't know! So I should be able to leave the part of wiring in the first picture out altogether?
  4. Wrap will ruin the paint work mostly the bumpers and other plastic parts like mirrors it will take the paint with it. Twice this has happened to my brother's car and also both times he got fading from the sun, even the second time he used expensive stuff. That's just my opinion but honestly mate I think a matt paint job will look loads better if that's the route you wanna go.
  5. A couple of pictures of mine, to be honest I would have stayed stock bodied but I wanted to run wider wheels.
  6. Mines ok, although I put some brackets either side of the exhaust to stop the wind catching it. Lots of pictures in my garage of the body.
  7. I've not seen this thread yet, nice parts. Good luck with the rest of the build!
  8. Cheers guys, I've heard good things about this particular turbo. Can't wait to see how it performs in combination with the other modifications.
  9. I like the new heat shield it tidys the back of the bay up nicely, good work!
  10. I haven't actually seen it yet, I'm told its pretty beasty though
  11. I see you turn around at the traffic lights, another 15 minutes you would have been in Yeah a few people I know got there early for track time, actually yeah I see the green one I forgot about that. Not my cuppa though. And yes very sun burnt today aswel!! That's a shame mate, quite alot of people did.
  12. I know nearly everything's been replaced its now almost a whole new supra lol. But then again it came with some good parts which were sold to buy more good parts
  13. I don't think there is any wiring mate. The only thing there was the bit in the picture which was somehow wired to power the stereo. I'll get a picture anyway behind the stereo to see what's missing.
  14. Well despite the 3 hours of queuing to get in it wasn't a bad event, last year was better with more stuff going on but with the nice weather it was quite a good day out. Not many Supra's there though I only saw one in the car park which was a members on here.
  15. Yeah I have removed the whole loom in the picture which run down the passenger footwell under the seat and to the amp. There is nothing left above the transmission tunnel at all now no connectors or anything. Where should the connectors you mention come from? The only wires I have is under the passenger seat I think there is one white connector that plugged into the amp and joins the loom at the passenger side door sill.
  16. Flux direct is there "sister company" so to speak, same company different policies I think.

    Opinions please

Not off centre, looks much better central.
  18. So the ISO adaptor connects the head unit to the two white connectors in the photo coming out of the grey plastic holder?
  19. Cheers mate, yes Lee is fitting the flappy paddles with syvecs having full control of the autobox
  20. Cool I think I still have your number I'll give you a text when I'm there if I can't find you.
  21. Haha I'm sure someone will have the Rota's, yeah good point I don't fancy polishing them up every week as well as all the other polished bits
