  1. That's awesome!! The amount of power we're making from these little tubbies is amazing.
  2. I've always had a soft spot for these, was gunno get one before I settled on the Supra - http://truestreetcars.com/forums/vehicles/27763-2004-mustang-terminator-cobra.html
  3. Thanks for your help guys, Chris if I can't get them in time will copper be ok? After all they seem to have lasted all this time.
  4. Well for the life of me I can't find the bag I labelled up copper washers that go between the PAS line banjo's and steering rack, there is 2 large banjo fittings and 2 smaller that go to the pump bit on the rack. Does anyone know if there is a special type or thickness or just whatever fits? Also do copper washers need heating up red before being clamped? Thanks.
  5. Hello and welcome, I look forward to what you have planned!
  6. That rear end!!!! You know it's not worth racing when you see wheels that wide Looks superb
  7. I've been told they were quite rare but they would need a refurb, not sure how much they're worth though. If the bids don't reach £4-500 would it be worth just selling the wheels and bits and scrap the rest?
  8. I removed mine to spray the bay last year, there's not actually alot to remove just connectors for wiper motor, brake fluid reservoir, horns, indicators, washer tank, earths, lights etc.
  9. I removed mine with the wings on Gav, although it's probably easier with them off. I've missed quite a bit of this thread I'll have a read through later, why are you removing the loom?
  10. Exactly what I thought it was, sounds like tappets at No. 6 but it's very much certain the big end bearing. There is no oil or water mixed up I think the head gasket is fine, just bad luck I suppose. It makes the noise on start up with the starter motor turning the engine then the noise goes but comes back at about 1500rpm and gets louder with revs. What would you suggest as a minimum I should take for this car in its current condition? I've had a few "what would you take for it" messages on eBay.
  11. Looks absolutely perfect, good work mate can't wait to see more pics!
  12. It shouldn't be, it might be the link coming through wrong as I copied it from the app.
  13. I like the box's mate it tidies the rear of the bay up alot, personally I would get rid of the strut brace as it clutters up the bay too much imo. Other than that all good
  14. Link here incase anyone's interested http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=121390975190&alt=web
  15. If it looks like it's gunno sell for under 100 quid I may aswel sell the wheels and whatever else and scrap the rest.
  16. I well wished I had listened to people in the first place instead of thinking I know best all the time, although he did say the engine is the strongest point and been rebuilt blah blah. Its now on eBay anyway, have one bid at 99p at the moment so it's looking doubtful.
  17. Beautiful, I really do love them wheels. What you got planned for the engine for close to 4 figures? That power from your turbo will feel immense!!
  18. That's one hell of a list!! But good luck November's a while away yet. Car's looking great by the way, nice work..!
  19. Thanks mate, will probably go with the CCWs I posted a few pages back in 18 x 13 and the correct offset to not use spacers.
  20. Once he's finished mine Cars looking great by the way
  21. I would go with the bomex or a lower lip the front looks quite high compared to the rest of the body.
  22. That was when the car was giving me a hard time In all honesty I never would have thought I'd end up with a car like this, It will be so exciting to see it all finished its been far too long this build.
  23. Cheers bud! Me either, looking at page 1 brings back some horrible memories
  24. ET20 mate Not really suitable though as I have to use 20mm spacers so will look into something that fits better next year.
