In only had my Supra with 600 odd hp for a little while before I wanted more. Might aswel build the block with the potential to withstand more when you get bored of that.

Cheers mate it shouldn't look to bad once modded, it's the best way around it though. Metal and filler Dunk, I'll try find pictures off my laptop I can't seem to copy them from my phone.

I smoothed my engine bay myself Nicholas, it's basically plated over the existing metal work. Where my towers go straight down rather than the inward curve this is what's causing clearance issues with the turbo.

It is but it's not the end of the world once it's notched out it will look as good mate. Lee and I were actually talking about that if the turbo was too tight. They look nice but I think making room for the turbo will be the better option to allow the mounts to soak up the energy rather than the chassis.

It will more than likely just be the strut tower masked off and re painted mate. A little too close for my liking. Cheers mate Yeah especially the amount of work gone into the bay it would be a shame to crack the strut, it will be worth it in the long run though.

It doesn't, the material taken out will be replaced with simular grade steel welded in place.

Some bad news.... The engine won't be able to go in unless the strut tower is cut and modified to make room for the turbo. I thought it might close but not that close, but you just can't tell until the time comes. Lee's gunno mark out where the strut needs cutting and have the car sent away for modding of the strut. I'm not sure to be honest, I think only the outer parts were done in chrome. The 7175 will do good with the 3.4 plus I'll be running an ethonol mix too. Spool should be superb infact not much different to notice than my gt35 I had before I would have thought.
