I never knew so much needed removing to swap the water pump. Wouldnt it be logical to do the oil pump at the same time?

Yeah but it would be a pita to get the valve stem seals done new piston rings etc to find out its just condensation. Its surpprising how many people confuse the two lmao.

I know that Im trying to keep it simple for people to understand. To some people its the same thing but thats why I said to let it warm up to then recognise weather its smoke or "smoke"

Smoked or steamed? A brand new bently will smoke on start up as its condensation in the exhaust burning off. A byproduct of combustion is water vapor. When the exhaust system is very cold, the water condenses, so you see the steam and some water dripping out of the tail pipe. When the exhaust system is hot, where the water vapor cannot condense, no more "smoke".

All cars smoke when there cold, you need to drive it around a little bit warming it right up then see if its still smoking. Mine smokes loads in the morning when freezing but in hot weather none at all.

I would like to go mid year giving me time to do a few bits and get it mapped properly and not at a "safe" level for the stock auto box it had. Prefably after april when its not so cold.

Can you not get one of them extendable sticks with a small magnet on the end and stick it through the hole moving it around to pick up any bits? Worse comes to worse just take the head off mate and thats as bad as its gunno get.

Its impossible for a foriegn body to travel from cylinder to cylinder, its got to be still in 3/4 I would check thoroughly in them cylinders before any further.

Eventually I would like to do something but theres other things I want to do first like rebuild the engine and tidy the bay and get painted the same colour as the car. I would post some pics but theres not really alot to show its just a standard interior with cobra seats a few dials and a dirty carpet lol. -
Im thinking of getting rid of the trd and going spoilerless. Stock looks great too.

Both front wheels actually, well saying that it wasnt me it was when I got my car sprayed I had to take the back wheels off, so my dad loosened all the wheels (which I didnt know). After putting all back together again and driving around I noticed this strange knocking sound and my dad said ahh thats probably the front wheels I loosened lol. Thanks for telling me....
