Yes mate it should slide back inside itself a few inches. Just a quick question relating to the diff and prop mate, can you see anywhere 2 rubber washers where abouts they go? When I put my prop and gearbox back on ive got 2 thick rubbber washer things left and dont know where they go lol.

Mate I started reading this yesterday and finished today the work your doing is just incredible with nothing being left un thought of. This is gunno be an absalute machine when its done I really look forward to it. Good work! -

You could probably get a butterfly valve installed or whatever there called. Dont know ow good they work tho. With the high stall TC at 70mph im doing 4200rpm, overdrive only works when I take my foot off the accelerater on motorways or if im hammering it and finish 3rd gear.

Its always worth it I had to put the bung in my exhaust on the way home the drone was giving me a severe headache.

Just get something that will handle 400ft lbs and be done with it if the cars never gunno exceed 350ft lbs.
