  1. No you got the purple bit on upside down
  2. I have a 3800 stall and tbh it just feels normal, but then again I hardly drove my car with the stock TC. Its definately worth getting used to I think my car pulls of the line perfect and delivers the power hard but smooth and thats what its all about.
  3. The cigerette lighter should be on the same circuit as the clock, it is a red/blue and white/black wire for power, all the interior ilumination circuit ie the outer ring should be white/green and green/orange.
  4. Hi mate, ive just read through this entire thread and had no idea of the work thats gone in to this! That bay has changed so much it looks stunning. Done a good job on this very impressive results too
  5. Bluewater meets are great, a shame im never at them!
  6. Thanks! The dash plastics are being wrapped in Grey suede to match everything else
  7. Without the guide I wouldnt have attempted it, but now ive done it, I dont think I needed the guide lol. The best part was making up a new switch holder for the traction control then wiring it all up that wasn't in the guide but fun to make up
  8. I hope you get it sorted soon mate I bet your itching to get back behind the wheel.
  9. Cheers Luc! Just an update on the LED dash conversion, all the LEDs are now fitted and working also the new knob is installed for syvecs, everything looks fine just a few bits need minor adjusting such as the LED positions to even the light out a bit. Im almost done with the filler just need to touch up where its cracked due to handling the panel quite a bit th they should be ready to send off for wrapping for next week. A few shots -
  10. Im glad someone said it. My single makes this exact noise with my BOV shut off which caused quite a debate with someone I knew, he thought my wastegates were s*** and said it was down to the rubber diaphram in the wastegate being too flimsy which vibrates open and shut when you let off causing an irregular boost pattern
  11. I don't get it, I didn't even know there were prizes to be won.
  12. The best I can do Chris tried the spoiler but looked funny as with the rest of what ive tried lol -
  13. I removed all my gauges to fit a screen that displays everything, it looks much better now IMO. I think it will look good.
  14. Looks good David. Whats the LED's under the rev gauge btw?
  15. Good luck Russ! I hope to see this going about in the near future.

    welding

I have a number for a mobile welder for my aluminium parts, hes very good but local only. Might be worth a look in the papers, an experienced welder is a good welder regardless of if hes mobile or not.
  18. I do all the time, easily side tracked when searching for parts. I started searching for car covers with the missus the other day and after a 2 hour discussion we thought the best thing to do was buy new curtains
  19. Im joking btw, Marks being anal and keeping both
  20. Agreed, looks awesome mate. Can this be done with UK headlights?
  21. They look sweet! I think these are much better over stock giving more of a crisp flash.
