I would have thought so, I think the reasons there being 2 seperate wires is for different current tolerances. If its the cig lighter wire I would think it would be ok for the illumination.

Cheers Keron I have everything on the right side by the sounds of it I just need the left side and the card on top. I basically have the spare, jack etc on the right and then the carpet on top.

I know there should be some kind of card under the carpet but there should be some foam or something unde that surely?

Hi all, Does anyone have a picture of what is suppose to be under the carpet of the boot? Im asking as I have a piece of mdf covering the spare as a support for the carpet which if removed leaves the carpet drooping on the passenger side of the car. Thanks

I would make the fix an LSD, 2 worn tires will make the fail worth while

I had a manual rad as I have after market gearbox coolers. Put it this way, the bottom of the rad fit snug in the bottom rubbers while the top sat half inch away from the metal panel one side and the other side was touching. After taking it out and laying on a flat surface I noticed it was quite badly twisted.

In your first picture the 2 wires with the grey plug should be for lighting and take the other white connector off and spade connect to power the lighter.

A wire catching on the clutch pedal? Sounds strange for the clutch to interfere with the heater.
