    Does the crank pulley have to be removed to take the lower cover off?
  2. Mine done that, I have since removed it and I havent experienced any problems. Iirc its suppose to come on with aircon which I removed, maybe why it was perminantly on im not sure. Edit: Mine is UK spec which as above probably explains it

Sooo, after taking my time to decide on what parts to use bearing in mind my goals I have settled on, and ordered the following - L19 Headstuds ARP Main studs Titan billet cam belt tensioner Titan Crank pulley Titan welded crank gear New oil pump New water pump Full engine gasket set CP 86.5mm 8.5:1 pistons BC625+ Pro rods Gates timing belt ACL bearings And some bling The next plan is to have this lot sent off with my new block for machining and assembling ready for me to finally start building on. I will post updates in my project thread when this starts

  10. I see, I think I PM'd Hodge after he done his and he said around 50m for the manifold and 15m for the down pipe.
  11. Really 20m? I thought you needed about 50m to cover a manifold....

  13. Cheers Dean Ive also got some matts coming shortly from DC Automotive's group buy which are black with a grey trim, should go well with the dash. Just a few more bits to do on the interior like steering wheel etc then I will be pretty happy with it, its come along way since I bought the car last year it had beige seats, beige carpet, scratched panels, mix and match of dials everywhere looked grim! Lol.

  18. A small update... Dash panels have arrived! I sent these off to Dave from this forum as I have seen hes work previously and he has done some nice interior work for other members which persuaded me to get mine done. After spending a while deciding on which colour to go for I think I made the right choice and am very happy with them, the quality of hes work is stunning it really does look nice in person and can I highly recommend him to people wanting the same thing done. Nice job Dave, thanks very much! And thanks to Noz for supplying me the polished rings! Sorry about the pictures i'll get some better ones soon showing my led conversion
  19. I have 315s on the rear (+20 offset) and 20mm spacers for the veilside arches. Fronts are 265 (+20 offset).
