  1. Just thread through all of this hodge, my god the car is amazing and a true credit to all your hard work I'm surprised at times you haven't torn what little is left of your hair out ;D and best of luck with the mapping
  2. That's good news mate, I take it that means she can be saved? also can't you get the VSS's done without taking the head of or does it need to come off to see what other sort of damage might have been done?
  3. Just reading bits and pieces of this thread, so sad to hear about your little boy chum, but I'm also glad he is hopefully slowly getting somewhere now keep us all posted.
  4. Sorry to hear about the problems your having dude, car does look awesome though, especially loving the wheels, I would suggest the refurbished route tbh as getting a second hand set could land you in the same situation, could even get hybrids as well perhaps
  5. Nice one Adam, a true Gent, occasionally and a great singing voice, not that he likes to let on to anyone
  6. Would be interested in this Chris PM when he's thinking of selling/ puts it up for sale
  7. That is correct, UK tank is around 80 litres, J-Spec TT is around 70 mark, and I'm pretty sure front sub frames are the same, but I'm not 100% on that.

  9. You forgot Abz's E-Class
  10. I'm in, should be a good weekend this and a nice drive
  11. OMG, I might have to sell my soul to the devil to buy this car, GLWS dude
  12. Yes I believe it does rev quicker, think JimoJames had one on his TT BPU Hybrid and told me it reved noticeably quicker, I might just be imagining this but I think he also said it gave him a bit more torque low down/better mid range. But I could just be imagining that as I said.
  13. Sounds like everyone had an awesome time, also sounds like my perfect weekend, gonna have to come along next year
  14. The UK specs WILL make a difference, mine went from £1200 for UK Spec to £2200 for a J- Spec But auto vs manual shouldn't make a difference, wait to see what admiral say then I would say look at elephant as well and see what sort of quote you can get from them.
  15. Graham is indeed correct, surprisingly ;D the N/A has two O2 sensors, one for each section of the manifold, J Spec and UK TT's only have one, when mine needed replacing I ordered them from rockauto, they are made by Denso. Should take around 1 week to get to you, depending on when you order it.
  16. Scott Which Steve am I supposed to tell about my mates car changing? Remember you told me to tell him in the other thread, but have no idea who you are talking about
  17. Both work for me on the laptop, using google chrome
  18. Yup exactly, could buy a decent built head and bottom end for that price with some change!
  19. That sucks dude, would take them off your hands if I actually had a supra at the moment
  20. Looks awesome dude keep up the good work, the suede dash finishes everything off amazingly well, look forward to seeing this when you next pop down to bluewater
  21. Nice on Steve. can't beat those CCW classic's and with the amount of spit and elbow grease you put into them no wonder they one best in show
  22. I don't see why it wouldn't be ok, sounds like total BS to me, just give the engine a thorough service before you install it.
