  1. Can anyone tell me where I can get a chrome finishing plate that covers the hole between the radiator and the front bumper Many Thanks
  2. Yes that is correct - I will get Chris to confirm as requested
  3. Branners - I am a fully paid up member but my payment seems to have been registered under my sons name which is chris bailey - I am jcbtt the car owner and driver- can this be rectified by somebody in admin?
  4. JCBTT now paid for 2 entry tickets and 1 club stand pass - we will be joining convoy from reading
  5. JCBTT and son will be coming I need (1 club stand pass and 2 entry tickets)
  6. Thanks Guigsy - mine has only done 57k miles so is it still likely to be the seals?
  7. Thanks Guy's Mine is also garaged all week the same as Peter P's - is this issue just a coincidence? How much is it to get valve stem seals replaced?
  8. Hi guys can you give me some advice - Recently noticed a slight puff of blue smoke on start up. It quickly disappears and I'm not getting it at any other time even under hard accelaration - is this the first sign of anything potentially major that I need to look into.
  9. Hi Neo I have the 2010 330d msport convertible which is a fantastic car for performance/handling/mpg and a real head turner with roof down when its sunny. List price with all the goodies was £48k - I paid £40k on finance and after 18 months its now worth around £29k but still owing £30k to bmw finance. I agree with the previous posts look to lease or go pcp but dont buy new. Look at something about a year old when the previous owner has taken the hit particularly as bmw's depreciate approx £500 per month. Best of luck
  10. Many congratulations to you both - just remember she is going to cost you a lot more than your supra

    new lad

    Welcome to the club Callum:)
  12. Depending what year your looking at- the later models are twin turbos- the only downside is the common shape but think the latest from march 10 onwards are good lookers with the right set of rims 19" are best. Also BMW drivers love racing our Supra's - why do they bother. Off topic how many of you had a great drive today - good sunshine turbo's spooling that punch from the second turbo thought I'd died and gone to heaven.
  13. Look at the BMW 335d coupe near M3 performance when rolling and the torque is fantastic well in excess of 550nm and will return on average in excess of 30mpg
  14. Can anyone help - looking to purchase a new pair of rear shocks - does anyone have any advice on type and spec I should be looking for and where I can get them from?
  15. Thanks guy's- looking forward to meeting you all - hope you don't mind older members in their 50's who always wanted a supra and now reliving their youth through their 17 year old son who is mad keen on supra's. We will definitely be going to japfest, are there any other good meets between now and may?
  16. I live in collier row - just a few drips from passenger side of sump - I will be taking the guard off this weekend so will then have a thorough search just in case its something else. I will get some pictures up soon- just awaiting return of front spoiler which I had repaired as previous owner obviously didnt like kerbs.
  17. Just recently purchased 93 jspec tt- had car checked over and everything seems fine apart from small oil leak which I think isfrom sump seal. Is this a common problem and is it right that they dont have gaskets just sealant. Can anyone recommend a good sealant if this is the case
