  5. i tried cloths dye , on a car carpet once , but unfortunatley it didnt penetrate and dye the carpet, it looked ace , when wet , but when it finaly dryed ........ it went grey again.
  6. good idea...i have seen people use tape...clear tape ...yes to protect......you can buy it from 3M ...company.
  7. why not just use your wheels and fit spacers to put the wheels further out into the wider arch,,,,yes and i know that when a car is origanaly designed......the weight is kept through the wheel bearings , and fitting diff wheel s and spacers can , make the bearings wear faster, some cars are prone to this .
  8. ooooops supposed i missed it dang!!!!
  9. how about edmunds its ok there easy for us all ?
  10. uhm( thinking and swiveling eyes) hi to all , :innocent:[COOL][/COOL]
  11. where ever u park your soup it always gets scratches or dents mean people in the world sigh
  12. uhm ......As Mr nic said :$( red face)
  13. Some times you may need to re-set it twice, ive had instances of this in the past, a good drive after for the engine to re-learn its running settings is advised.
  14. port it yourself , if u have a metal rasps.. u can port and flow your self , ive done many heads. Not hard to do, but take your time and look where you are grinding out ok, especially around the valve guides, exhaust ports people always match the port to the manifold!!!!!!!!!! wrong ...doh,, leave a 1.5 to 2 mm of the port smaller then the manifold ok, most important becose that step stops the back flow into the exhaust port ,becose you get a slight stopage of exhaust flow when the valves closes, not much , but enough, it can affect cylinder scavenging, but not to a great extent, just thought i would say. Best to lower the compression if u r going to up the boost to a high degree on a TT......
  15. why not just fit a single L.P.T turbo and up grade the injectors and the ecu ???? to TT spec ...injectors and E..C.U, a little Turbo, would give some extra puff....? .....just fit a TT cylinder gasget to lower the compression......? ok u need a intercooler ....and a inlet manifold ....but would be easier then buying a TT kit im sure?
  16. why r u humping a honda?# ????????//
  17. If ya damper splits, if you have beans going on, it could fly forward and go through your radiator , and if you are going some ud never know until its too late, same on supras, if you get rid of the origanal fan, the fan acts a safety belt n braces device, the loose damper hits the origanal supra fan you see, and it stops it flying forward in to the rad. Its better to chew a fan blades then loose a radiator or a engine. just idea ok...think of it ok. Just advisary, becose wen the lett go ...they let they let go. If you get rid of your fan to gain a 2-5 H.P it up to u.
  18. just get a origanal and spray it blue nobody will notice wen ya engines in it will still look sweet
