  1. I'll make a restrictor ring at work tomorrow, and see if that helps. Probaly We've should of bought our selfs a bigger wastegate than we did. But we've just spent £250 on a tial 38mm.. :/
  2. Out mapping in the rain. It pulls really strong now We've got a new wastegate now, but still it seems to overboost at higher revs. At the video above I hold only like 70% on the accelerator pedal.. To keep the boost at 0,6 bar. So we might have to ad a restrictor plate as the one used on bpued tt's.. thoughts and comments?
  3. Lot of pics of piping in my build thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=300868
  4. We tried that too, doesn't work /fit
  5. If your gonna drill and thread and put a flange on the same location as the tt oil return sits, I think that flange is to small.
  6. INNOVATE 3844 MTX-L Greddy Emanage Blue piggyback Base map We gonna change the wastegate since we got a china copy at first and its only problems with it.. gets stuck in both open and closed mode.. Ordered a genuine tial instead, hopefully we'll get some action videos soon
  7. Out in the sun test-burnout - - - Updated - - - well engine is un opened so nothing new there, turbo oil filled, temp up, why not?
  8. Oil Catch tank Luckily we got an installation manual. Understands every word.. FPR adaptor FPR and oil catch tank on place Here was original fpr made a mount for fpr and oil catch tank Greddy spells almost like grädde, wich means cream in swedish
  9. Exhaust heat wrap Welded a vacuum connector on the ic piping Welding a bit on the downpipe One more flange for oem 02 sensor added Some heat wrap New engine oil.. lambda's in place vacuum to the wastegate got a clamp and also a hose connector welded to the intake pipe Done Everything in place - - - Updated - - - Slow test drive at standard ecu done, to check for oil leaks etc..
  10. Vacuum hoses connected Puted a rubber ring on the oil feed line to prevent scratching Heat cover done In stainless steel On place Its tight, but hopefully space enough Vacuum to the wastegate connected
  11. New multi belt mounted Oil filter in place Started to work on a heat cover plate in stainless steel
  12. Screampipe in place Continued mount the ic piping Looks tight but it clears by a cm! Finally the exhaust system is done! Hello screampipe
  13. Started to mount the gear box oil cooler Some of the piping is getting in place as well Other side, bov mounted Nice and tight Here comes the ic piping. You can also see the oil lines for the auto gear box oil. Engine oil cooling hoses strapped up More ic piping mounted turbo oil line final mounted as well
  14. Made a gasket for oil return line Mounted Mounting oil return line on the turbo Done Turbo finally mounted! Oilcooler nr 2 painted black! This will be used for the auto gearbox oil
  15. Thanks Yep its the same here in Sweden, hearing of a lot of people talking about to built na-t's of their na's Connected the boost gauges parts in engine bay. Sprayed on wax to keep it last longer hopefully.. De-cat zink sprayed Got the piping back from the paint shop. Powder Coated
  16. Welding the de cat welding dots, just to fixture Welding More weld.. Continued with the gauges Random cable colors De-cat welded
  17. zink painted Here are the v band flanges. Made for an easy change between the de-cat-pipe and the cat (for mot day ) Zink painted mot cat. Looks like shit and probably stops like 50 bhp, but who cares as long as it passes emission test Started to mount the gauges Three nice apexi's
  18. Scream pipe with zink spray Welded more exhaust mounts. Not the worlds best welding, but it was super tight so I didnt see shit, welded by "feeling" Will put some zink spray on this as well
  19. Started at the screampipe Some special angle Then I welded on a v-band flange at the exhaust Also on the first part after the downpipe Adds a few exhaust mounts as well And another one in progress
  20. Thanks for your comments guys Piping left at the paint shop. The downpipe was touching against the firewall, so we cutted a line with the angle grinder and bended it a few degrees Cutted a glitch like a V for like 8 mm. Fitting was then perfect Magnus visited (also a supra owner ) Welded the "cut" There we go Gonna put some zink paint on it All gauges unboxed
