  1. Technically yes, but with most officers, they will try to force you to get you new plates. I had several try to do this to me, but got away with it as JM Imports is on the plate and the sizing meets regulation 14A's stipulation of import cars without a direct EU approval code. (Section "k" on your V5). EDIT: Most import TT V5s will be blank next to section "k" whereas NAs wil have EXEMPT. Its less a out what you can proce and more about how lenient the officers are. They hate being proved wrong (on several personal experiences).
  2. That sadly is illegal mate. The plate needs to have the name or postcode of the company that made the plate.
  3. I had a ticket issued for my plate from JM Imports. Pulled all the info myself and got it revoked. Sadly my laptop has died to be able to send you everything over and confirm the minimal legal size but its all in my glovebox in my car!!
  4. Silver!!!! Gordy you're in my bad books now. They're getting far too common
  5. Nice one Gordy. Looking forward to seeing it
  6. Good to see someone taking the initiative Gordy. Best of luck with it
  7. I'd reccomend GI Motorsports down in Kilmarnock. Many of us use them. The owner, Gary, is absolutely brilliant and not has a Supra himself. Definately give him a buzz Gordon. For bodywork, there is a guy, Simon, also near Kilmarnock who is great. Tony tt, Geo and Raz have used him, and he works to a very high standard.
  8. Heard this thing first hand a few weeks ago, it strangely doesnt sound like a proper Supra, but still sounds awesome I must say
  9. An invite would still have been appreciated
  10. Sorry lads, I have been very distracted recently with preperations and such. Yes, the next meet in to be held this Saturday. Sadly the weather looks terrible but my intention was to go a run up glencoe way but I guess we can judge on the day. I would say a meeting time of 11am at Xscape where the day can be discussed. I am hopefull that there shall be a decent turnout as I will be away for up to 12 months!!
  11. First of all can I say thank you to Marcus for making the effort to organise karting tonight. It was a fantastic night and a great laugh with you all. Post up your fastest time of the night to see where we all eventually came. Mine was a 27.95, but I will be the first to say that Liam is definately the better driver based on overall consistency and speed. (And that Kart 6 was stupid fast)
  12. UPDATE. Having spoken to Marcus about meeting times, please be there for 19:40 at the very latest. Sunny I'm looking at you!!!! The address is: 25 John Knox St, Glasgow G81 1NA
  13. One of my poverty model 199 silver Supra I love it. I want it!!!! Such a stunning colour Deep Jewel Green. Best on this thread.
  14. Muahahahaha. That certainly looked interesting in my rear view mirror
  15. It was an ok meet today guys. Very poor attendance overall but with 2 new faces and Marcus making a valliant effort after a 16 hr nightshift, I enjoyed myself. Managed not to lose heedthebaw this time aswell so that was a bonus
  16. Yeah man. PM coming your way
  17. That's cool mate. I'm thinking of just cutting the run short after lunch at the Beech Tree Inn, near the Glengoyne Distillery as the weather isn't looking great. The route is still a good run, on roads I know extremely well
  18. Sorted out my "bulb out" warning light. Epitomises the meaning of ironic
  19. Take out the individual bulbs behind the symbols. Job done
