How much

Like a 2002 plate TT Auto import with 35k miles on it? I'd go with clean and have room for future improvements rather than a Single already been used in UK for a number of year for the extra they command. I prefer fresh import over UK for rust free peace of mind I actually agree with the thread - if you have 2, 3, 4, other cars at that price and are undecided I'm sure the head rules on more recent cars for various reasons (and your not that convinced by Supras). But the Supra reliability and that astonishing ageless design for an older car (when you look at designs from that era, very few stack up to modern cars these days) then the supra doesn't have a comparison for me!! Plus you have to knock depreciation off modern cars.
4. Amen to that.. Loved the timelines that were just swept to one side and the explanation about Arnie looking older. I enjoyed the humour they added and glad Mr Ego - CB wasn't near it.
5. Bump On ebay for 1100 with offers welcome. £950 to you guys
6. I can dig a hole but not much of builder type. Proper garage in place of the shed is gonna be £15-£25k at a guess by a builder. Log garage more in the region of £10k for a top notch one
7. Blimey what a response guys! Cheers.. Think I'll just have to put my hand in my pocket and get my garage built. Car port may be a pretty cheap short term option
8. Maybe my search skills aren't so hot or I've found a gap in the market that I'm happy to share I don't have a garage and I'd like to keep the car under something sturdier than a flappy cover than just grinds dust into the paintwork!!! (Which I don't use) So imagine a rigid car cover on mini roller/wheels that you just walk over your car after parking it up. Like a car transporter without the trailer and without the head room. It's pretty a Thule roof top box but the size of a car. I've done a few web searches and they are all hanging of poles like tents. One weird transparent triangular structure that looks pointless and fixed by a double ending posh bus shelter It would take up space agreed but better than nothing at all. And I'm not ready yet for a new larger log cabin or brick garage. Any ideas? Search results? Expect price to ruin it but thought I'd ask
9. Hiya welcome to the forum, take a look at the north west section for local meet details. All cars welcome
10. Mom wants this gone and is happy with new motor so its now on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/-/121740315329?
11. Well it's not going anywhere and not planning to ebay it until we've collected and run the new car for a few weeks at least just to be sure. So you've got some time.
12. Car is now in Macclesfield with me. Will be sorn today too. Corrected to state slight deterioration of brake lines not fuel lines. Number of owners corrected to 2 previous owners plus mom (I had it under dads ownership whilst he was abroad) .......my mother is struggling to find the service book....... ffs. Just no appreciation for the importance of some things. It's not a sodding washing machine
13. Bump Pictures added (Not sure why pics have duplicated. Tried to delete but deleted both pics at one time)
14. SOLD Selling My moms car on her behalf. She wants a little 4x4 approaching winter and well just cos she wants to look a something different for a change. Ford Focus LX Estate 1.8 TDdi Diesel 54 Plate (2004) 104k Graphite grey 3 owners. My dad was the second owner, then my mom (principle run-around retiree car last 3yrs but has regular long journeys) Service history has been lost whilst under my moms ownership but has been in the family 11yrs. Some receipts back about 5yrs. MOT May16 (advisory of slightly deteriorating brake lines) 4 decent tyres checked recently and ok Good Points. This car just keeps on going. Never failed the family in 10yrs, always maintained and had bits and bobs done. Recent service including the belts Tow bar (with one fitting not two I believe) - only used a handful of times to tow a sailing dinghy (nothing heavy) Plenty of miles left for this engine Bad Points. A little untidy in places but its been a well used car, no panel damage or dents, a patch of DIY rust correction which is about an inch along the rear window sil (not exactly body shop quality). And some lacquer peel on rear right hand side bumper (pictured also) Has had dogs in the car, but has been cleaned now (not wet washed though) Small patch of rust next to drivers side mirror - for some reasons I cant seem to upload the picture
15. So I'm minding my own business driving along & Captain Kirk decides to park his bloody ship right over the top of Crewe!! (The wife took the pick saying - what's enterprise mean?) what a numpty

18. Hi - thanks for the PM - I've used all my holiday allowance for this year so I'm not able to attend. Hope you get enough for your special day.
19. I tried to sell interstellar to the wife, I got as far as "it's a little bit science fiction based on multi - dimensional space travel.......blah blah blah..... Bored..... Not a chance.... Shut up I'm not watching it! Btw - it's awesome!! Equalled Inception for thought provoking endless possibilities!! Loved it SPOILER!!! (Apart from MD he was a let down - too high profile actor for that role.. Should have been semi high profile like Don Cheadle or somebody but not MD - he was weak)
20. There aren't enough Supra's for sale that are similar enough to warrant price being the decision making factor (too many with wide ranging mods, stylistic "issues" so like for like comparison is often rare at any one point in time. Historically maybe you can but that's useless if your looking to buy now..) - so hold out for what you are asking and condition will prevail over the other alternatives plus look at the pedigree of the sellers of your competition and you should fair better, some of the adverts from traders have shocking overstatements that immediately make me distrust them enough to not even bother going to see the car, plus looking at other cars they have for sale tells me a lot too. So your fine
21. This I imagine it's referring to using your phone on the forecourt not whilst sat in the car.
22. Me too - really liked Jurassic world.
23. Still happy to come even in crappy weather
