Cheers mate I was on 30g porridge mid morning fruit lunch chicken and rice mid after noon fruit dinner chicken and rice, I know what your saying about its all about diet and I have come of track since I platoed so I reckon if you could help with a diet plan that would be really helpful

Hi people I'm thinking of doing the insanity work and wondered if anyone else has done it with good results, I use to be 20st couple years back and got down to 15st, I'm currently 16.11 now and finding it hard to lose the rest, I do go to the gym and I work out with my pal who is a bodybuilder and we have been smashing the weights no problem but when it comes to cardio it's just boring so I'm wanting something fun, Many thanks guys
