I would highly recommend a pug 306 Hdi. I've had a few of them. For some strange reason the insurance is cheaper then a micra. I was paying just under £400 living in Birmingham aged 20. It was running on a stage 2 map, about 160bhp. Cheap to maintain and hit 190k miles in it. Hello Everyone I have finally Purchased a supra, It is SpunkMeyers previous Twin turbo auto that was for sale in the classifieds thread. As he has taken parts of the car I am looking for suspension for the rear and headlights. Im from Gillingham in kent so looking forward to the meets.

Hi, I joined this Forum when I was 23 and realised buying a supra would cost me loads on insurance. So I left it and continued working to save up a bit of money. It is now 3 years later and I am looking to buy one. I would like a Manual Rz. As I currently have a manual E30 325i and Love driving. I wouldn't mind an auto but I could end up converting it one day. like my e30, I want a standard or BPU Supra so I can get used to the power a bit and learn to drive and handle the car before actually buying a top spec and writing the car off lol. So a bit about my self, Mechanical Engineering Grad working at Delphi Diesel systems in Gillingham Kent. First car was Peugeot gti6 then 330ci e46 then the e30 until I was in place for a supra.

Yes thanks for the link it made a lot of things much clearer, budget is around the 6k mark, Not much but i reckon i can pick up a decent one for around that mark.

Okay iv checked insurance and it isnt too bad on even a twin turbo, so insurance isnt really an issue, the issue is which one to get. Can you get a turbo in a areotop model?

Thanks for the welcome, not really bothered with cheap insurance just something decent, dont mind anything upto £1500, atm iv got a peugeot 306 gti6 insured for just under 500 pound, or an altenative is adding a turbo to a non turbo? dont really know how to go about it all.

Anyways im a new member on here, looking for a aerotop supra and i defo want a turbo or anything that can be converted to a turbo, im 23 years old and want something that isnt to bad on insurance, so just want advice on what car to look for in particular.
