  1. Anyone ever heard of epman wheel nuts? I like the look of these but can't find any reviews. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MG4FMJS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_0tunzbA3GX3NW Thanks
  2. My NA Sz, not a minter but it's quite tidy, juat needs a respray
  3. I used this guide, its a useful website! http://www.internetwork.org.uk/led_guide/led.htm
  4. Gold star!!! The tensioner was stuck / wasn't pushing hard on the belt, so at higher rpm it must have flapped about. Sounds much happier now, will give her a blast tomorrow and see if that did the trick
  5. Not the hydraulic tensioner just the wheel/bearing
  6. Iv done that and the timing is ok Have you seen the video? Can't think what the noise would be. And no, no smoke
  7. It just keeps getting worse, I fix one thing and something else brakes! I had my timing belt and crank pully changed and now (dont know if it's a coincidence) I have a horrid noise at 4k rpm it also misfires user load at over 4k rpm and there is a constant cammy rattle. I'll attach a video Any help would be amazing Thanks http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/58fba04267fd5/InShot_20170422_191933.mp4
  8. Here's a video http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/58fb5ae3171a4/InShot_20170422_142833.mp4
  9. Need some more advice please, It was the mines ecu not switching no6 injector making it misfire. Swapped back to my old ecu, runs fine except when you go over 4k rpm it misfires again (alot) Also after the cam belt change it sounds quite cammy, "tick tick tick etc" I'll attach a video if I can Things that have been charged, Ht leads, plugs, cam belt, cam belt bearing (tensioner) water pump aux belt and coil. Not sure where to look next Thanks
  10. I also have the Clarke 150 turbo, I havn't found a problem yet! Great both with and without gas. Had it for 2 years now https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/151te-turbo-mig-welder/
  11. Mine did this when thre discs and pads were new but stopped after a few hundred miles. With a few hard stops! And I know it's Loud!!
  12. OK all done, still runs like poo, I'll order some new plugs. Maybe it's not a misfire and it is the the crank pully making it shake
  13. OK will do, but what would cause the rough deposits?
  14. Yes it is but only 6000 miles on them
  15. OK so got the plugs out and 1-5 are ok but number 6 has a hard rough coating. Check all for continuity and It and there in good condition. Cleaned them up and put them back in, now changing the cam cover gasket. Any idea what number 6 plug is indicating? Thanks
  16. OK had a look, it seams the cam cover seal has gone.... Again, would oil on the plugs cause a misfire? I just can't see the crank pully making the engine run like it is. Iv only ever heard a 4cyl misfire and it sound nothing like that.
  17. Great pics, are we able to download these from your Photobucket at full res? Thanks
  18. Thanks for the advice, I'll buy all new oem stuff tomorrow from tcb.
  19. OK so I'll get a new oem crank pully, so may aswell change timing belt and tensioner bearing, aux belt and the water pump. Anything I've missed? Or you'd change while it's apart?
  20. Thanks, is that a dampened pully? It's much cheaper than a toyota one, is febest a reputable make?
  21. Is the car drivable to my local garage, it's around 3 miles away? Don't want to do any damage
