    Christmas

Merry Christmas...Im spending mine with a 12hr shift in work!! Gutted!!
  2. Oh this turned out to be a split in the rubber pipe that goes over the top of the engine case its a breather pipe I believe.....after changing this no more issues
  3. Guys incase anyone else ever gets this problem....after stripping the bar I realised the TRD ARB 's have individual grease nipples...where you can connect a grease gun upto them and pump the bushes with grease, after doing this the car is super smooth now and no scraping clunking sounds anymore
  4. Im on the Market at the moment.....mine is up for 8k very similar spec to Monzas.....best offer has been 7k so far but I have not sold its absolutely immaculate im happy to keep it until I get what I want for it......if I still have it next May Ill be at Japfest on the Club stand, love Japfest.
  5. Mileage?? If its below 80k id say it was worth between 6 & 7k
  6. Thanks Greg......I have had a few offers...but still have her no rush at all im loving it!....getting the wheels refurbed now they are not bad but I want it minty mint!! LOL
  7. The fiat is a nice little car and quick, but Supra is in a different league, Ill tell you that on any forum...I owned a Fiat coupe 20VT for 2 yrs...a standard Supra is quicker than a Mapped Fiat Coupe and a BPU Supra would destroy it.......As far as cost and reliability, the Supra engine was heavily over engineered and is pretty bomb proof, I couldnt say the same about the Fiat. Mine is almost full BPU and is quicker than my Old E46 M3 and most other cars on the road today .....I dont really want any quicker it scares me at full boost!
  8. Hi Mate, Im interested but you can get them new for £10 more http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/products/alpine-ida-x305s.html
  9. When you say almost new how old are they? They look quite used to me looking at the colour fade on the tips.....Have they been taken from an old Supra?
  10. Hi The Supra is as sharp in the corners in the dry but a lot more stable also takes more to get the Supra to break traction in a corner....saying that My Supra is fully polybushed, Uprated TRD rollbars and Tein Super Street suspension, and im comparing it to a standard Honda S2K......so not fair....but saying that I still feel the S2000 would have stability issues even with uprated suspension due to its weight! In the Wet I could do about 20mph more around the large roundabout by me in the Supra than I could in the Honda before the backend would go Its always going to be less nimble due to the size difference but never the less the Supra is just as capable and even more stable and has more grip in Wet and Dry conditions I actually find my Supra as it is now with the uprated suspension extremely similar in the way it handles with the same sort of limits to my old BMW E46 M3 coupe, which is praise indeed
  11. I owned an S2000 for 2 years, Its a great Car fun in the sun all the way..... Its let down by very skittish handling!! It was deadly in the Wet and any sort of standing water on the motorway would unsettle the rear end as it was so light!! It really was a scary experience!! Feels very unstable at high motorway speeds which put me off the car! I even spent £600 having a professional Geometry setup at Centre Gravity and wider track put on the car to help the handling but it was still poor.....I was resorted to doing 50mph on the motorway in heavy rain as it would fishtail about all over the place!! I also had the best tyres on you could buy! Engine wise it sounds crazy in VTEC and pulls well but below VTEC it is completely gutless! Similar to my Friends 1.8 Mazda MX5 .....all in all a nice little car to pose in but if you do any amount of motorway commuting forget it!! Its a death trap! Just to compare you can wizz along the Motorway at xxx speeds in the wet over surface water and the Supra feels planted....no twitching no unsettled feel....this is probably due to the extra weight but the Supra is a dream to drive on motorways....and performance wise you cannot compare the two cars it is not fair and Honda would lose miserably

I have no idea what that is suppose to read......is he saying he has a 2jz and wants to chat via PM with random members about it? Or is he trying to say he's interested in one for Sale....if so he is in the wrong forum section........OR......Is he looking to buy a 2JZ engine and gear box?? Answers on a postcard guys!! lol
  13. Spoilerless is the way to go
  14. I have genuine TRD bars but I think the Grease was left out with mine......what sort of grease is it? Mine are fine at the moment I used copper grease....but if they start creaking again id like to get the proper stuff
  15. Selling for a friend ....He took it off his Supra before selling it ....its been sat in his garage I would have bought it but I have removed my OE SMIC and its in Great condition as mine is a J-Spec Supra so not had so much Road Salt from this country to damage it
  16. I have these just a friendly tip to whoever bought these make sure you copper grease the Rubber mounts other wise they creak on the bar like you wouldnt believe!! It resonates into the cabion and sounds terrible everytime you go over bumps
