  1. Thanks it was pre facelift diagram i couldnt find That answers my questions Thanks
  2. Im wondering if anyone knows the difference between pre facelift and facelift abs pumps? I noticed that the the pre facelifts pump and associated lines look very cluttered where as the facelift supra looks alot tidier and looks to have less brake lines running to it? I also need clarification on whether all supras have 1 single line running from the abs to the back of the car where it splits to the rear calipers, or do some have dedicated lines from the abs pump?
  3. I must admit after seeing how good this looked on sunday, im really not digging those new wheels at all The xxr's look ace and really suit your car My opinion of course
  4. Agreed, hope you get it sorted mate
  5. Contact Greg at Protuner in Cov, he does AEM aswell
  6. Are you and said mapper not on good terms now? Its not uncommon for maps to be pin protected, mine was the same when it was done by my mapper, however he had no issues giving me the pin when i needed to access my map and in the end left the pin disabled to make it easier for me For alot of them i guess they want to protect their work and stop someone messing with it potentially harming the car Its just a shame its blocking simple tasks like data logging
  7. Currently i run stock fuel line from the tank to the filter and -an6 feeds from there to the rail, and i have a -an6 hose from my fpr which connects to the stock return line under the car Im replacing the rest of the stock lines now as they look a little corroded underneath and will run braided hose straight from the tank For the feed ill just use a metric to -an fitting as its threaded for the banjo anyway But for the return, is it fine to use the bulk head type fitting on the hanger or should i get it welded on?
  8. Thanks Gary for organising today, was a good day Show was very small though and not alot going on, quality of cars was good though
  9. Im sure I still have a pair of these in the shed I check them out after I finish work, can bring them tomorrow if so
  10. That looks awesome with the vents still carbon How come the cooling panel doesnt work with this bonnet? Ive been looking at the same bonnet but i dont want to get rid of my cooling panel
  11. Hopefully they are a bit more generous with space than Japfest are
  12. This! Certain people seem to use the classified only to pick fault at peoples cars, price etc these days Without keron, supra ownership would be very difficult and alot more expensive, i think he does more than enough for the club

    Blowby

You say the rocker cover -an fittings are new Sounds silly but were the baffles re-installed? I seen a thread on supraforums ages ago where the guy had the baffles removed (rivets drilled out) to weld -an fittings on and never reinstalled them as he didnt want to drill and tap He had the same issue

    THAT blue Supra

I bought my current supra in Jan 2015 and this was for sale at the time when it was yellow, im sure it was 18K then aswell
  15. Yer im game, longer more fun drive, sure gary will be too If i go straight to the venue ill be there in 15 minutes lol What time you meeting? Think we got to be at venue for 8
  16. Where you reckon be best? I dont mind meeting at lutterworth aswell
  17. Sounds good, maybe we could all meet up by the A46 binley, maybe Morrisons car park? Ben and Drew i imagine youll be coming that way anyway from the M1 Greg and Littlenum not sure if it will be worth meeting as either you or us would need to drive past the venue to meet up lol, However im always up for a drive though if others were
  18. Ill be whipping my box off in a couple weeks to investigate my issue, so If you still have this the week after the indoor japshow i will likely take it off your hands if my clutch turns out to be the issue
  19. Thats the problem, and applies to most cars Its a case of whether it will matter come sale time (if it ever happens), which on a car like the supra im not sure it would Maybe an absolute mint collectors type car would benefit from it
  20. Quite like these Anyone happen to have any for sale? 9j front and 10.5j rears Cash ready or could do a deal on my wheels if anyone was interested
  21. Will look much better with the stock wing, good job
  22. If I had a fully stamped book I would probably carry on with it aswell to be fair But I personally just keep receipts from opie oils and write the mileage down on it mainly for my own reference

    Clutch slip?

So I've been and had a play 1.2bar is fine, 1.5 bar is also fine 1.8bar high boost I managed to get it to do it, if I'm cruising in 4th and plant it obviously it's a bit slower picking up and seems to be absolutely fine If I hard shift from 3rd to 4th and get back on that seems to be what it's not liking But out of the 3 or 4 times I done it, it only seems to have slipped once this time Have checked the box again, tiny amount of fresh oil around the bottom again but inside the inspection still bone dry so I don't think it's oil contamination I can see a bit of the clutch plate inside and to be fair it still looks like it has loads of meat on it so I'm confident it isn't worn down which I wouldn't expect anyway for 2k miles

    Clutch slip?

Car is up in the air at the moment so i just took the 2 metal inspection plates off the box and had a look inside No visual signs of oil in there, everything looks dry There is a drip at the bottom of the gearbox where the bellhousing meets the block, but it cant have come from inside as its completely dry in there, inspection covers on these late model R154 are quite large so theres good visibility inside Tried to trace it back up but there no signs of oil leak up top either lol Ill take it for a blast when i get time and try some different boost settings etc
