  1. Fingers crossed it hasnt then Is that what these fancy billet diff covers are all about? Or do you mean the cracked actual diff casing itself and not the cover?
  2. Manual but I’m using an A02B diff from an auto Seems it’s leaking from the breather on top and also from the cover so I don’t think a blocked breather has caused it I can’t see it being over filled either as I done the fluid when I put the diff in and has covered a few thousand miles without issue
  3. So yesterday after 4 runs at santa pod my diff started pissing its oil out It seems to be coming from the diff cover, also has vibration inside when rolling, steering wheel vibrating and can feel it in the seat too which became apparent as soon as i crossed the finish line which is why i checked the car over and noticed the leak Is it possible for a few strip runs to cause so much extra pressure inside to cause the leak or should i be looking elsewhere? The vibration is making me think otherwise I will be removing the diff next week to inspect but im not convinced just sealing the cover will fix the issue I thought just check inside the diff to make sure its good, reseal and maybe have the propshaft checked for balance Any ideas?
  4. I only managed 4 runs in the morning before my diff decided its oil was more useful on the floor Had a great day though, the drifting was pretty awesome to watch and the GTR club definately came out in force with some pretty epic cars Well done to the people involved with organising a great day, definately one of the best club days on the calender in my opinion Saw your car being pushed back off the line and wondered what happened Hopefully an easy enough fix
  5. Ill take the wind over the rain any day, least we get to race
  6. Why wont you sell to a drifter/racer? Surely a sale is a sale? If you are serious about that price i would advise posting everywhere and sell it to anyone regardless of what their use will be, its a popular conversion and the remote shifter boxes dont come up often so people will pay money for it just like other sought after parts I paid less than half of your price for my chaser kit last year but im not clued up on current prices so wont comment on your price
  7. Stupid question probably but its just card liscence we need and not the counterpart aswell?
  8. We are meeting at 8am at the Lutterworth travel lodge, the postcode posted above by x13mgr Probably be leaving around 8.10 I would guess so let us know if your joining so we know to wait
  9. I have the supralink plug in http://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/link-g4-supra-link.html
  10. Sound wise I haven’t really had anything to compare it to so I can’t comment on it VS a tubular But in my opinion it sounds epic, and definitely doesn’t sound like a V6 that’s for sure I’ll be running at pod on Saturday I think you can now order any size precision turbo with the street torque kit up to a 6870 size and they will adjust wastegate size to suit I had the choice of a 62, 64 or 67
  11. I have I.D1000 injectors and a Link G4+ I absolutely love it to be fair, in the dry I can get full traction in every gear and that’s with the link traction control off Perfect street setup in my opinion
  12. Mines perfect I have the street torque kit yer with the 6266 which is currently 620hp and 575lbs/ft I have the larger 1.00A/R housing on my turbo and spool is still awesome full boost by around 3500rpm roughly I read they have had 800hp out of their log manifold before it started to become restrictive which is why I chose it over a tubular
  13. I have one on mine with my PHR turbo kit
  14. Where abouts are you coming from? Our meeting point is only 2 miles from J1 M6 so if you were going M6 to pick up the M1 we will only be a couple miles away
  15. Is there a cut off time for spectators to buy tickets on the gate on the day, or will they be available most of the day? Have someone whos interested in popping along but hes not sure what time he will get there due to work
  16. Are you sure youve plugged the hazard switch back in on the top dash panel? Its an easy one to miss and indicators wont work with that unplugged Failing that the fuse is in the drivers fuse panel i believe
  17. Mines all green EDIT: actually just checked mine and only the little dash indicating the setting you have it on lights up on mine, HI, LO and the fan symbol dont light at all lol
  18. Nice, i bought a 500g weighted knob for the supra ages ago as an impulse buy and was actually amazed at how it felt, so much better especially for fast shifting
  19. £6,750 for a 20 year old gearbox Where will it end?
  20. My old na-t xspower kit is still going 6 years after i bought it Got to remember most na-t cars run low boost so hardly stress the turbos much really, they are rated to something silly like 35psi but i would never have confidence in running that through one lol
  21. I have a flexplate, full prop and shifter from when i was auto if needed Think prop is missing the big rubber donut from the diff end

    Road legal?

The street eliminator series at santa pod are all legal cars with mot's and they all have to participate in a road drive as part of qualifying, ive seen plenty of those with chutes on the back, obviously they switch to treaded type street radials for the road drive as the slicks arent road legal
  23. Seen these on ebay and thought it might be of interest for peoples garage walls Ive just bought one, impulse buy and have knowhere for it to go but it looked cool Seems a respectable size too http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/toyota-supra-mk4-large-pvc-WORK-SHOP-BANNER-garage-SHOW-BANNER-man-cave-/162704201010?hash=item25e1ed1532:g:urgAAOSwj2dXj1I4
  24. I will be bringing my spare helmet so if anyone goes over the limits and needs one to save ruining their day, come and see me If i dont manage to reach 110mph myself then ill have 2 spares
