Sh*t happens sometimes! Everything checked, everything good! BUT the MaxxEcu that I have (Brand new) is bad, some batch of this serial numbers experience same problems, it has a problem with one pin, that controls the 2nd 12v output. So I have no power in the throttle body, so no idle control, and cannot start the engine They shipped me a new one express. Next week hopefully we will hear the new engine!

All the fluids purged, engine oil in for first start (Just oil for 20mins after a new lil change) Exhaust in place, engine breather system done, wiring holded in final place, AC line sent for modification!! Tomorrow interior! And crossing fingers to fire it up on Friday!

Huge progress today, almost everything is done, need to put some wires in place to make it look fancy. Install the interior, modify the exhaust, and the start up will be soon!! Hopefully this week! Engine bay looks so clean!! In love with it.

Gold progress today, a lot of leftovers parts, positive-negative, flex fuel sensor in place, blablabla Hot side already done. Tomorrow we hope to finish all the mechanical work and final touches of fitting.

Engine arrive!! And also I just remove intake manifold, compressor cover and water neck for some paint!!! The engine is pure art!!

IMO and with all the experience in new parts available, all the blown engine and miscelanea price to sell should be 2.5k to 3k Stock longblocks still available new for no more than 2.5k and heads for 1.5k or so, so a final product mixing your engine and new parts will turn into 6-8k A full new VVTi engine like mine cost around 15k with some mods, so half of the price will sound tempting to the proper customer Thats my point of view. Hope that this help you.

Also I receive from the detailing shop the S1 dash painted in S2 color, I put the analog boost gauge to match the old school interior looking.

Wiring finished, and placed in the engine, this week we should have wiring brackets in place to hold the wiring like OEM and check the oil pressure and temp sensor to start up the engine outside the car with the basemap in the MaxxEcu.
