    New here

Done. The membership fee is £10 and your project is going to be interesting. You will get your £10's worth back just in knowledge and parts alone!
  2. Glad I popped over - albeit it was a quick visit!! It was good to catch-up with people
  3. Which auto diff has you used in your workings Johnny? A UK 3.538 or jspec 3.769?
  4. Thanks for the input chaps! Chris - the height is my only limitation with the ramp side of things, I need to make sure there is enough room, from the floor to the ceiling is around 11ft. Will look into the sites suggested, Wez I've got a Costco card so I will need to have a good look Keep the options coming
  5. Phil's one step ahead of you Thanks Phil will look into them!
  6. Evening All, We are currently waiting for a date to be able to move into our new house, the positive of this is I get to plan the spec of what I want in the garage, so I'm after all the options. It is a detached double garage with plenty of space (the technical term for not remembering the exact specs!). I am after the following setup so if anyone can suggest or point me in the direction of some good options please do: - Compressor - something that can be mounted in the roof space of the garage - Air tools (all the same brand to satisfy my OCD) - Floor ramp - built into the floor and when lowered is flush with the floor - Tool storage - that can fit under benching/worktop and is on wheels - Garage storage units (kitchen units an option?) - Best floor paint/finish - would like to make sure it is level? I do have options/companies that I have used before but I want to see what else is out there Thanks in advance!
  7. Lee, with it saying the car is located in Crawley is the car with you to view?
  8. Just played catch-up with your thread Luc, the car looks fantastic! You are going to prove what toyota & SRD can really do Is it your mates mustang that at 817 bhp?
  9. I think it might be for the active spoiler if you had one, are you running a front mount?
  10. What did you need to do with the arches for the rears to fit? Also is there a lot of meat left on the hub for say 25mm to be machined off for a +43mm offset?
  11. This is coming from my Dad not me, he's now running Michelin Pilot Super Sports on his XJR and the grip is fantastic, the p-zero's/dunlops that seem to come with the package don't seem to be as grippy as you'd expect (which you've found out ). From a none Jag point I had them on my GTR and they were great, not sure if you had that tyre on yours?
  12. Happy birthday Chris From 21 Supra insurance drops... just so you know
  13. Where did you manage to source the ruberuta kit from and how much?
  14. Picking the car up on the 19th, cutting it close but should still be there
  15. M69 is better for me too, I'll be coming from Mansfield! But my clutch isn't as much of a problem (more so as I'm not running anywhere near that power Nick lol)
  16. A vin shot would be good, more so for a potential seller who may not know what they are looking for to check.
  17. That's good to know Sunny, and Nic's saved me a question of checking the vin plate Will need to be very picky then if I want all the numbers to match.
  18. You'd have to run a stretched tyre for that to fit, assuming there's enough arch room. Some of the options that would be available in the right offset/width would be CCW's, HRE's or Image. If your going for more of a drag look you could look at Weld.
  19. Chaps, This one is for the people with a facelift TT VVTI (6 speed) motor, have any of them been known to come with a big diff (B03B/B04D) as standard? Adam
  20. I'll be there and running on the sat if the cars ready
  21. Happy Birthday! Have a great day John
  22. Lovely cars the SL's the 350 is a nice engine but if budget and MPG allow the 500 with a revised exhaust would sound beautiful (so purely going for sound here as Abz says )
  23. It was still in his garage the last time I saw it, albeit that was a few years ago now.
