  1. To increase grip have you considered a 305/35 R888, I believe you will need to get them imported from the US (CCW may well be able to help with that)? The increase in side wall would aid with grip/traction overall.
  2. Will be nice to see The old girl finally with a 6 speed box!
  3. I'm upgrading my MacBook Pro soon, if he's interested in the Mac side of things drop me a PM
  4. Hi All, Came across a few odd parts I have, all prices listed are without postage. TT Coolant Hard Piping (runs round the side an back for the engine block) - £40 Cheers!
  5. I would never do a proper waterless wash, too risky, have a look at a couple of these:
  6. Where's Marc_p? He has wanted one for his collection for a while!
  7. I quite liked what Jay did with his TC removal, very clean and added additional clamping for the pipework:

  9. Glad you decided to keep it and fix it properly... by buying new Would not want to see the invoice for that! Looking good as ever, still my forum favourite.
  10. The only dependant factor for me is if my wife goes into labour/any pregnancy issues occur but bar that I'm still in
  11. 1. Glanza_Mike 2. Big Mark 3. Thomo8568 4. Azam 5. Sheefa 6. Littler Will be good to see what the M5 puts down
  12. These guys got me some 15" MT's a few years ago, maybe worth a look: http://www.webster-race-engineering.co.uk
  13. There is a 3" Tanabe Medalion Touring for sale by Alex (Inazone), that would be a good compromise between loud and restriction. I'm sure Steve L ran one on his so I'm sure Paul knows they aren't restrictive
  14. Perfect wheels/tyres for anyone fancying an attempt at pod as the weather gets better No modifications needed and has the guarantee of clearing UK brakes!
  15. These my old ones dude? Hung on to them for a long time!
  16. Looking good John! Look forward to seeing the results! Those wheels completely change the look, looks fantastic!
  17. I know exactly what you mean, you get to a point where you want to be able to press a 'raw' button so the car changes to a purer drive Cheers! When I collected the car it was next to a Estoril Blue II 435 grand coupe, MCB like you say is a darker/richer colour. Cheers Darryl, you wouldn't be disappointed, great pieces of kit and very usable power. The suspension, tyre, TC & LSD setup does make the car very usable even in the recent weather, not quite putting all the power down but when the rear does twitch its so controllable (even with TC off )
  18. Cheers mate, yeah it does handle well for the size (not had it track mind... yet) I have noticed that the steering settings (in sport plus) do make it feel like a go kart with very light steering. Have had it comfort since testing and it actually gives the most accurate feedback for the bends. Cheers dude
  19. Your in a 6 series now aren't you dude? How's it fairing?
  20. Evening All, Had this since September and I know a few of you have seen it already but I thought I would post what I'm now deeming as my some-what Supra replacement. I have had to compromise in terms of sports coupe and fitting a family in (baby girl due in May) so I have gone for the BMW F10 M5 in monte carlo blue with satin black wheels. I didn't go with the competition pack so it has 552BHP / 502Ibft and with what I've found to be a very nice dual clutch gear box. It is a bit heavy and you can tell on the twisties but handles very well for the type of car it is. Very happy with it so far and I am ashamed to say that this is the first time since picking it up that I have cleaned her!! (I know this will shock a lot of you!!!) I will be coming along to some meets in it, going to to a few RWYB events and I wouldn't mind seeing how the 4.4L V8 TT fairs against some Supras! Have to be honest it is nice to be behind the wheel of something with a bit of go again now!!
