I`ve trained for 15years now.
Steroids are basically either one of two things...
1) A short cut
2) When you reach the maximum natural peak (which is hard to reach) then you can go over this
- Without the correct diet, training and rest patterns you will never get the most out of yourself this applies for with or without steroids.
- Steroids are totally media destroyed, yes in large quantities without rest periods or years of use they will be a detriment to your health just as smoking/drinking etc would be but used in the right way they can help massively
My 2p is this (and i`ve taken tabs but never jabbed) it is very, very (repeat)... hard to get huge without taking steroids, and when i say huge, i don`t mean 'some nice size', or 'ripped' or '16inch arms' etc i mean massive. Even with steroids it is very difficult, but it is an aid and from what i have seen, you will put on double the weight with a course of steriods and proper PCT (after therapy to keep gains) than the natural way.
Problem is this.... the gains you get are addictive.
