Hi guys, I just installed my RPS Clutch (Stage 3) to my v160 with a Alloy flywheel. Now there are some loud Rattle noises when i put in the First gear and Start to roll... At 2.000U/min its fully gone. Is this normal? It doesnt sound like this Thanks, Patrick

And I know all you guys hate "cheap" turbokits (me included) But not everyone had the budget of thousands euro Well I think a standard top mount manifold with a garret gt35 and a safc will run fine :-) Included 550 "usdm" xD with a safc will run fine And Chris Wilson I recommed your info and thanks but... ...if something goes "whoops" because of cheap its my bad. I would go to a garret gt35 or something else. And I'm going to get the "Kit" part for part by myself. Here in Germany I know someone who had a gt35 auto with oem fuel and ecu and it runs fine. Hi people. Now it's season end and my Sup want to Get a Singleturbo Im going to buy the Cxracing T76 Single Turbokit with all I need of the Exhaust Side right trough the Catback. First of all my plan is to make my Sup go back to life. I dont want a 600+ Project, just onlz make it run. If i can get some low boost and reach between 400-500hp with stock ecu and little upgraded fuel system, i would be very happy. Now my question is if you can give me some tips what i need, too? Im going to buy: Cxracing Turbo Kit AEM 320l/h pump Usdm 550ccm injectors incl. Resistor The car is my 95 Jspec 6Spd TwinTurbo in good conditions (engine) Compresions are fine about 12,5bar, no leaking or other issues. I already have: Greddy 4row Fmic AEM Wideband Greddy Profec B 2 Defi Advance Controll with Boost/Oiltemp-Press/Watertemp New sparks(bkr7eix) and coil plugs 3" Catback New oem clutch (previous owner) Changed all fluids (trans/diff/engine/brake) So any tips? If you are able to get the RP then use this. There are many people out there who use Castrol Transmax Z without Problems for years. I know a few who use this in 700hp+ Supras cheers

Use some 75w90. Today all fluids are much better then 20Years ago :-) I used "cheap" 75w90 from "Mannol" API GL4 and it shifts much better then the original Toyota with no issues. Don't use API GL5!!!

Did now the "coolant line" had a crack or the Plug who goes down the cylinder head? Maybe mine had the same issue, but not that big...

I need your help with my hks Sld It's a 96' jspec 6spd (ttc mod) Yesterday I changed my 1st Cat against a decat Today I installed a hks fcd to run Boost at 1.0-1.1 bar BUT! - It holds Boost over 1.0bar without fuelcut (checked in 4. Gear) (afr 12-13) - but if I drive slowly at 60kmh for example and then I give full throttle at 1.500-4.000 U/min the afr climbed up to 17+ If Boost comes up at 4.000u/min then the afr is about 12.5 - 13. I can't drive with low revs and slow speed without bad lean afr. Maybe u have an idea? Regards from Germany

Thank you guys. At the weekend I changen the radiator to a new one. I filled all up to max and let the engiene run to "entlüften" the cooling sYstem (heater on) After that I drove a little bit and checked the coolant and filled it up to max. I think I had to to this three times. Today I checked all again and the expansion tank was a little unter "max" (when it's hot it is over max) Maybe it's the Zylinderhead gasket?

Hi Guys. I had a little problem with my Supra The expansion Tank is right the Batterie (FMIC) As I get the car, the coolant was about "MIN", so I filled up close to "MAX" Radiator was full with green Coolant. And its a Aftermarket Aluminium one after about 800km the expansion Tank was close to "MIN" I checked the engine compression and all was fine about 12bar. If the engine is hot and I open the bonnet, sometimes it smells shorty due coolant "sweet smell" But I can't find any leaks, all Is Dry. Are there any possible Hoses, that can be sly because of age? Or can it be the Headgasket? I just get a CO2 Test for German "TÜV" and all was fine. Sorry for my bad english Regards Patrick

Sorry, maybe I dont understand. Ive got a 95 Jspec TT 6Spd with Catback, HKS Intake and Greddy Intercooler. What can I expect if I only decat the 1st or 2nd Cat? (not both, because of Police ) Provided FCD, Plugs and Fuelpump thank you Patrick
