  1. Cheers guys, found the info. Thanks
  2. Hi All, Picked up my Supra this weekend and want to have the Tracking and Balancing done, however, does anyone know the Tracking specs for a MkIV UK TT? I'd like to go to the garage well informed to ensure they are up to the job? Cheers
  3. Great info Pete thank you. No other leaks are visible so the pump seems most likely and the prices you've quoted seem about the same too. As for the cambelt, definetely doing that at the same time, which is lucky really 'cos it's also due its 63k service. Thanks again
  4. Pete Betts ... calling Pete Betts.... Pete, I've been told you had trouble with your water pump at some stage too! Any feedback or advice you can give me on whether they are repairable or what a replacement will cost me? Cheers
  5. Ok, branners, I'll take a look at that. Cheers
  6. Hi, I'm aware of a slight coolant leak on the Supra I'm buying very soon and as there are no visible leaks we believe the most likely cause is a leaking water pump. When we take it off we expect to see the usual white residue on the back. Is anyone aware of a repair kit for these or is it purely a replacement job? Also, anyone have an idea of where to get one for the best price? Cheers
  7. Nick, Just a word of warning, I once replaced a dead battery with a brand new Heavy Duty battery. Only after several more days did it become obvious that this new battery already had a short in it, wouldn't hold any charge at all. Definetely sounds like the battery is the likely cause, or the clamps!!!! Good luck
  8. I must say that the folding mirrors are very different and having them fold in when activating the alarm would be a bonus. Plus, the damn things aren't that cheap if some little swine does decide to knock them off. Can anyone confirm whether the 'folding' internals are in the door or the mirror? (I guees the mirror!!) Cheers
  9. Oh right, didn't realise it meant losing the heated function. In that case I agree, heated is much more useful. Cheers
  10. Hi all, Does anyone know of a UK Supra which has had the elctrically folding mirrors option fitted to it? If so, how easy or difficult is it to do and can the original mirrors be used to avoid any re-spraying? Cheers
  11. I agree with Martin. Can't see any reason why new disks require new pads so sounds like a load of 'cock & bull' to me. Somehow I'm sure it won't be the last time though .... Cheers
