All, I have the following items for sale; - Used Garage Whifbitz T4 NA-T log manifold for the 2JZ-GE. No cracks or previous repairs. 45mm wastegate flange. Ran at 510 flywheel horsepower for a number of years. £250 + postage. - A set of used Siemens DEKA 650cc high impedance 11mm injectors suitable for the 2JZ-GE. Removed as I’m going for more power. They are supplied with plug and play harnesses that are compatible with the OEM wiring loom connectors. Seals appear to be in good condition, with no leaks, however, I would advise new seals for complete peace of mind. £200 ONO. - OEM HT leads & distributor cap These have covered approximate 5000 miles and were purchased new from my local dealership. They are all in good condition and include the stock cable tidies/brackets. Includes king lead. £40 ONO - 2JZ GE inlet parts as fitted to my NA-T setup. Included are: - Throttle body - Throttle position sensor - ‘Y’ pipe - Plenum modified to remove stock ACIS butterfly system - lower runners (not pictured) All painted/powder coated gloss black - not a perfect job, but tidy enough. - Includes new OEM ‘y’ pipe to plenum gaskets - *DOES NOT* include IACV £70

Not an RX, but…. My dad has a 2010 GS450H, which he has owned for 6 years. In that time he has covered 70,000+ miles. he has had a number of components replaced under warranty (front lower arms, rear upper arms, brake callipers, etc), but not a spot of bother engine wise. Mileage is just over 100,000. He commutes from J11 to the QE every day and is averaging around 32mpg. Straight line performance is very impressive in the way that the electric motor provides instant torque to power out of corners/roundabouts. all round, he’s very happy and will likely keep it for some time yet. Servicing is generally reasonable, with the exception of the 100,000 mile service which cost him in excess of £1200.

I’m planning to SORN the car at the end of the month and at that point start pulling the inlet, exhaust and turbo off. i still have a few things I need to buy, such as new fuel lines, but I’m not far off completing the list I set out with.

Funny story, I got a notification this morning to tell me that a parcel was due for delivery…. Turns out it was my elusive turbo manifold from 6Boost. I must say, I’m very impressed. I know that they’re steam pipe, rather than T304, but with a lifetime warranty, who cares?!?

The 90mm cable TB mate. I decided not to opt for the DBW.

Just an update on this. I’m still waiting for my new 6boost turbo manifold to be delivered from Aus. I must say, I’ve not been all that impressed with their UK distributor with whom I dealt, who told me 2-3 weeks, 7 weeks ago. When questioned, I was told “I don’t know, you’ll just have a manifold randomly turn up one day”…. Very helpful! on the other hand, I setup a group buy for the Garage Whifbitz FFIM. Paul offered a great discount and shipped them straight from stock. I was very impressed with Paul’s service and also the product. I’ve also purchased; AEM FPR Turbosmart fuel pressure gauge AEM AIT sensor Garage Whifbitz R35GTR coil packs with loom Venom Automotive billet dizzy delete cover GTE non VVTi cam covers with a host of winter upgrades pending, I’ll be looking to get booked in with Romain from Racecal in the spring to see what she can do

Hi All, on the hunt for a 2JZ-GTE idle control valve. Any kicking about before I pull the trigger on a Ford conversion?
-
I finally bit the bullet and pulled the trigger on a 6boost turbo manifold. Estimated 2-3 weeks, so I’ll see what it looks like when it arrives, but fingers crossed. I'm also attempting to get hold of a SSI intake manifold, but stock appears none existent!
-
I’ve been looking at a slightly newer Q7 myself Dunk. From what I’ve found, they’re pretty solid, with the exception of the usual VAG stuff. I’ll probably make the jump to a 3.0 TDi in the next 6 months
-
Looks lovely mate. Have you owned it for long? Always loved the TRD kit!
-
I was hoping the forum upgrade would throw some light on it, but I'm just as in the dark as ever.
-
I have a full intake setup available, including lower runners. Ping me an offer.

Help to resurrect the dead, automotively speaking of course!!

I’m pretty sure that if James has not registered a limited company, that he is liable personally. Go down the route of small claims. It’s minimal outlay to you and doesn’t put you in the predicament of turning up on someone’s doorstep and being in the wrong place at the wrong time (and appearing to be the aggressor, as it were) -
I am and that's part of the consideration - do I take the opportunity to swap it out for a Link G4+....but I've not had any issues with the AEM, in fact, I even find the software simple for someone like me to navigate when running logs/enabling functions. My thoughts are that it's just unnecessary cost to be honest, but I was quite keen on the ability to tune throttle response and therefore make it feel like a more modern car. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the SSI unit and stick with my AEM. I'll see what price i can get on the intake for a group buy. Cheers Matt. The spending (and driving!) of the car had stopped all together, but i seem to have found some mojo from somewhere. I did see that AC93 had experienced fitment issues, but I know a few other people (in the SR20 + RB world) running Walton manifolds and the lifetime warranty is a huge draw. I have looked at other options, such as; - Whifbitz tubular (off put by the additional cost of replacing my 45mm wastegate with 2x 40mm) - 6 boost - Something custom from APW engineering. Do you have any experience with any other brands, Matt?
-
Welcome to the club! great news on your new purchase. What are your plans for the car? any photos/details?

To accompany the R35 GTR COP conversion, I have managed to get my hands on a set of GTE cam covers, with the plan to replace the stock inlet setup with a FFIM. I know a number of people who have used the SSI plenum but I'm currently weighing up the additional cost of the Whifbitz setup which allows me to move to DBW. If anyone has experience of either, please do let me know before i make a decision. I have also settled on a Walton Motorsport manifold, given that it allows me to retain the current wastegate and not switch to a dual 40mm setup.

What's the spec of the turbo JP? Apologies if you've already answered elsewhere in the thread.
-
If you could confirm the name on your facebook account (by PM if you would prefer), i will take a look for you.

I recently got hold of a brand new OEM one on eBay from Nippon Auto Parts. It was up at £250 and I made an offer at £235 which was accepted. Free delivery too!
