  6. I just figured out how to use the multi-quote option [GRIN][/GRIN] I'll actually be more towards Cambridgeshire and Huntingdon. Thanks to google, it says it's just over two hours from Kent which wouldn't keep me from making the trip A nice two hour cruise... I'm down for it! lol thanks. She's my pride and joy Oh yeah?! Membership has been paid Thanks!!
  7. Thanks for the info!! I got on supraforums a bit ago... trying to gather all the info I can get my hands on I've contacted a few RI's in Canada hoping they'd be of some help; still waiting on replies. From what I've heard (still checking into it), the RI will transfer it to their name/companies name to be able to get a Canadian title then once all the fees are paid by the customer, I can then pick up the vehicle, do whatever paper needed to get it across the border and go from there. If this is the case, I'm more than willing to go that route given the price is right. Any who, I was born in New Jersey, moved to South Carolina when I was 12, got stationed in SC for my first base and headed over to Japan a couple years after that. It's been a journey but it's been an awesome journey! Thanks for the welcomes!
  8. She's good lookin! Congrats and good on ya! Nothing like a nice long drive the first trip home
  9. I'm in the Air Force doing Supply Support for F-16 Aircraft. Nothing secret, kind of chill actually. They need a part, I order it and turn in the old parts back to the main warehouse for shipping out. Kind of nice being around the jets though... always some maintenance to help out with on the line.
  10. Eating at least 5-6 times a day will keep your metabolism higher... 3 major meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with healthy snacks in between... maybe a protein shake for lunch with some almonds or an apple. Also, always drink cold water verse room temp water. Your body burns up more calories warming the water to your body temp compared to something already warm. Working out every day may actually cause negative results... I do a 4 on 1 off that way I give my body time to recover and only running on the first and 3rd day of a workout routine while doing weight training each day--switching from legs, to arms and back, to abs etc. If you want effective, long lasting results, you've got to incorporate weights into your workouts Switch it up, shock your body... you'll definitely see a difference!
  11. It's ok, I spent well over 2 hours going up through the mountains and back when I first got mine... I guess I'm one of the few women who enjoy riding long hours at a time Oh, I meant Lola
