John, Not sure really other than a couple of them complained to ET that they were being hassled by some of our guys and a couple of perhaps forced overtaking manoeuvres were made when cars simply refused to give way to a patently obviously faster car/driver. ET did have a chat to us but they have since apologised having realised that the blame perhaps lay elsewhere. I think a couple even thought they'd have a few words direct which perhaps wasn't the best decision they made on Friday. By mistake, I ended up going out in a beginners session just prior to lunch and couldn't believe the arrogance of some drivers who took at least a whole lap to realise that me sitting on their arse the whole way round meant that perhaps I was a touch faster than them. I've done numerous days (15+) with ET and can say that they are first class. It seems to me that the initial disorganisation on Friday was as a result of a number of things including us lot turning up late. This fragmented the familiarisation sessions as once briefing is over, they want to get everybody out on track as soon as possible. That and the change in sessions did cause some problems but I hope it didn't dtract too much from the day overall which we all enjoyed very much. I'll let you know of any other days we get sorted out one of which will almost certainly be a weekend date at Rockingham with official timing, etc. which I'm sure will require other marques to be in attendance to make it viable.... No sweat but I haven't had any cheques from anybody on here, just didn't want anybody to miss out if they did want to attend. Next Wednesday is the cut off for us....

Alex, This isn't quite the circuit layout we'll be using. We go back infield just opposite turn 3 and run alongside the pit car park so it's a bit longer. Peter.

B3any, Great, the more the merrier. We're not looking for anything too competitive, just a good day out. Hiya Gaz, Nice one, Stu came along to spectate at the last day we had at Rockingham. He had a few laps until his brakes gave up. He's a bit of a legend in his own lifetime isn't he, total dedication. If anybody else is interested, drop me a pm or mail for details but be quickish. Hi all, I'm organising this events on behalf of the GTROC. We've now got 10 confirmed Skylines attending and expect to pick up a few more over the next few weeks. I've reserved 15 places until mid Jan for us any of you guys who may like to attend although more are available at the moment. So far, I've only had one enquiry from anyone on here and no confirmations. I'm keen to get the numbers sorted before places start disappearing which they surely will as people start thinking about what events they want to attend this year. This is meant with sincerity, if, for whatever reason, this event isn't likely to be of interest to you guys, could you let me know so we can try another club. Thanks. Peter.
