  1. No point getting new gaskets then. At least your problem isn't a leak after the TB. If I were you I'd borrow a working manual ECU from a member and rule that out as a starting point. If issue persists with other ECU then start diagnosing the ignition system, coolant ecu temp sensor etc. Did you get a vacuum gauge hooked up yet?
  2. Did you do that test I mentioned? Takes 30 seconds to do...
  3. These could be riveted on as well?
  4. 5.2k for a bloody gearbox. Madness
  5. Ah yeah I forgot, my TB is from a GS300 so I've got the extra ports. In that case, just put the T into the vacuum line going to MAP sensor.
  6. Any easy check is to take off the intake, start the engine and block the TB port with your hand/something big enough to restrict all air going in. The engine should stall very quickly, which means you have no leaks post TB. If the engine doesn't stall then you know you need to find a leak somewhere. With a vacuum gauge, you should be looking to make around 25-27 vacuum at idle on the GE
  7. Get a vacuum gauge on it and tell us what reading it gives you. Bouncing idle like that sounds like it could be a leak post TB
  8. Thank you to all those that turned up today, it was an enjoyable morning blasting through kent Will see how the weather is going forward, but will definitely setup something similar in the new year.
  9. But didn't you hear? The new supra is coming in 2017, 2018, I mean 2019 bro
  10. Does no one else use a sill protector? Much easier than welding on new plates etc
  11. I always get white vans stopping traffic, giving me the thumbs up and letting me through. Never gets old
  12. "can you think of something smart to solve this, here's my money, thanks"
  13. On the subject of respray whats the average cost of all new seals, I keep umming and ooing about repainting mine this winter and all my seals don't leak but they are tough with age.
  14. [h=2]Supra's & Coffee - South East Kent Supra Meet - 25th September 2016[/h] There will be a variety of supra's there and no doubt you can come as a passenger and see them in action
  15. Where is Mr Bizzle, keep checking the blog but no updates in a long time
  16. Can you specify a price as per forum rules?
  17. Damn bad news, you going to rebuild?
  18. It won't really work with an NA, need an intercooler to cool down inlet temps really.
  19. I've got 18'' 8.5j + 25 fronts and only just peak outside the arch
  20. Ah nevermind me actually, just remembered I gave that air filter away a while back. But yeah +1 for stock box, loving mine since I switched
  21. The HKS mush filters have a bit more of a "whoosh" sound to them, but there is no performance benefit. Where abouts in Kent are you? I've got a K&N filter I took off mine you can have if you want to come collect. Also new clutch, just go with an oem kit. Cheapest place to find that is here
  22. If you are lucky enough to have the Supra TT ecu, engine loom & other auxillary parts already, then in theory yes you could drop in the aristo and go. As far as I'm aware there is no major differences in sensors, plug fittings etc.
