  1. Don't bother with the ebay ones, had a set snap on me a week after installing. Try: http://importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=12078&cat=89&sub=1354&sec=1562&var=38&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart= or order straight from toyota
  2. You need to specify a price as per forum rules.
  3. To me it sounds like you have one or more of the following: - Massive vacuum leak (get a vacuum gauge on the car and report back with what pressure you are getting at idle, also cross check all your vac lines for leaks etc, there are a few hiding under the Y intake piping) - I've seen a few NA throttle bodies that get worn over time and lead to a sticky throttle which leads to revs sitting higher. Try rotating your throttle the opposite way when the car is idling high, can you get it to drop revs this way? - Check ignition timing
  4. That's the beauty of the supra. Unless someone knows what to look for, it's hard from a distance for a non supra guy to judge if the car is na, tt or 1000hp
  5. Some time ago I remember looking for a vacuum diagram for a jspec 2jzge, and could only find the us spec vacuum diagrams listed online, americans have lots of egr related nonsense which the jspecs don't. Making it harder to know if you were putting your vac system back together properly. In my latest travels I found the following jspec diagrams which are a bit worn, but are still mostly legible. Click to enlarge. Jspec 2JZGE Vacuum Diagram Jspec 2JZGTE Vacuum Diagram Will update photos if I can find some cleaner diagrams out there, but hopefully this will be useful as reference for some of you.
  6. At the end of this month I'm taking mine off the road, hoping to have it off the road for most of the winter so I can install the following: - 1JZ swap, new clutch etc - Take off veilside bodykit, fix up some of the worn paint on the rear before installing ridox side skirts + rear arches - Fix boot rust - Straighten sills - Finish undersealing front end of the car - Install new steering rack bushes and maybe front end suspension refresh depending on funds
  7. Could of bought an NA shell for the amount that he probably put into that
  8. Next meet is on 4th November, aim for around 20:00
  9. Depending on what you have left, may need some small bits to complement the 1J, should have just been paid.
  10. Fix your attitude Regardless of the cost of the kit, if the advertised kit is not the same as what was sold then there should be a dispute discussion between buyer and seller. That's all that needs to be said.
  11. Take a look at this diagram. http://www.japan-parts.eu/toyota/jp/1996/supra/jza80-alfvz/4_291130_006_/powertrain-chassis/4502_vane-pump-reservoir-power-steering You need the PS pump bracket before you can attach it to it's mount mounts and connect the supporting brace from the AC delete kit.
  12. After an engine loom. Ideally non vvti from an auto soarer
  13. Buy yourself a getrag 6 speed and sit on it
  14. Here you go http://www.japan-parts.eu/toyota/jp/1995/supra/jza80-almsf/4_291130_008_/tool-engine-fuel/1708_vacuum-piping/2
  15. Interesting prospect, how much?
  16. Just listen to your mapper, sounds like he's on the right lines. You really shouldn't need to tamper with fuel pressure settings on a BPU. If it's a bit rich on idle then get him to adjust your cold start and fuel map. Just remember that as weather gets colder/warmer it will always throw the tune off a bit
  17. Car looks decent, but would only be worth 7k if the underside is immaculate.
  18. Ah damn thought these were ridox arches, would of taken them otherwise. my bad
