  1. Usually, when just going from 330cc to 440cc I just adjust the injector scale in the software and let the program do the rest. Is it that simple when going upto 1000cc? Also had an issue where my map trace wouldn't pick up on throttle position (any advice?)
  2. Has anyone ever blended DoLuck or anyone had any experience with this. I have OEM wings now, but miss my old DoLucks. The fitment was shocking, and they cracked like hell. Thinking of blending onto some OEM wings for OEM fitment and going over them with high quality flexible primer this time.

  5. Just caught up with this, nice to see the intake and throttle I ported have had a clean up and upgraded further. Wish I'd compared them on a dyno just to see how they compare on the flow.
  6. Added some data entries. We don't need a million bits, but I definitely think it would be useful in the technical section to have proven values of all power ranges with the different setups.

  9. Inspired to make a listing of who has what BHP with what transmission and diff setup. Clutch be interesting too. I see this question asked TIME and time again. However, a register of actual horsepower successfully completed would be good to have. I'm only listing IF I know any problems with it. Just an idea for a good technical sticky, to have some basis for data.   11. Be good for you to do a table of results, comparing power increase so you could see the increments changing with adjustment components. Be clearer than listing the dyno themselves. Good work mate, great write up. I want to see a nerd table of stats because this information here is great! Can't beat data. Makes me feel proud to be a supra owner to see a follow driver actually using data and not saying "approx ###bhp". Hate seeing that, mainly on FB!
  12. Stock NA on 220 is indeed really good. I ran 219 with an exhaust second decat and upgraded air intake with a good tune.

  17. I noticed a difference in my response. Bang for buck, it's not a great jump for the price. If you turbo the engine, your need a higher performance flywheel anyway.

  19. Any chance you can provide a source of wires you used for this, be great to take advantage of all your hard work, looking information on wire colour's and codes, lengths etc.
  20. Lol.. whole point was advice guys! I'd love to sell it, LOVE TO. But I want to do it fairly and realistically. I don't want to lose out but I know I won't get what I've spent on it.

Hi all, my drift friend is selling his setup as he's being sponsored by a dog box company, so have the chance to upgrade my R154 to a massive spec BMW setup with clutch able to handle more than I was expecting my R154 to handle. It's currently got competition clutch and lightweight flywheel, 2JZ bellhousing, split prop which suits the A01B LSD diff I have. Shifter hasn't been modded, just a welded shifter at the moment. Was planning to extend it when I rebuilt it. Chaser gearbox mount. R154 slave cylinder etc etc. I also have a push conversion, which came from the giken setup the previous owner had. Has pull clutch/shift fork, all of which is BRAND NEW hardly used because I didn't want to fork out on a high range priced clutch at the time. Now, it's probably me being over-picky but it feels like a truck going into second gear. Thus, I was going to just rebuild it anyway and go for power. With the car going for MOT in the next two weeks, I was looking to drop the box. With this new light, I'm considering just to sell it as it is. The previous owner had just over 500hp with no issues, I'm just wanting to be over anal with this I think as I'm used to newer gearboxes. I was going to remap for 500 then look at my options. Anyway, this is a 2JZ straight swap out full kit. Opinions welcome, thanks!
  22. 600 for emanage is over priced. regardless of how new or what packaging it's in. it's still an old ECU. That's standalone money, AEM territory. And no offence, but the packaging won't affect the performance. Please don't try and mug off new owners with no / little experience.
