The current halo lights are going to be COB. Its easier and therefore cheaper. I use heat resistance silicone when sealing the lights. I refurb glass headlights whatever version yes. I'm looking into re chroming inserts for an oem look but haven't finalised the price for that yet. So any chrome inserts would have to be painted black at this moment in time.

Hi all, seen some pretty epic car's re-trimmed and wanted some advice. Ibrar's is probably one of my favoured interiors. I like the `OEM but modified` style, not really sure if I want to do the dash or just the seats at the moment. My seats are recaro speeds, faded with suede. So looking for a change, plus the dash has lifted and I really need to re-paint my triple pillar pod, so was thinking just to do them all. The request is really on colour, do colour leather dashes really look as bad in my head as I think they do? My car is black, I'm just worried making it all black will be too much, and any colour in my mind doesn't seem right. Ideas welcome!

I think they mean to re seal areas for potential leaks not close up the unit completely.

Yes I know the car. Some of those photos are a loooong time ago Jimmy James used to own it at Bridgewater. I'd be surprised if number plate had an issue with there being an MOT on it. As having photos years old on it. Unless it currently has a different plate.

I'm looking to make a unit which would solve this issue, I can't comment at the moment as it's not finished. But I have the same issue.

Starting a build from scratch. Wow, wish I could do that. I would get an NA block and build it from the ground up. Using a TT head, and sourcing different cheap items as they appear. Take the time out to re-do the wiring loom and with all new nuts, bolts, seals and bearing that would last for a lifetime and feel reliable as hell! Jealous!

My car is doing well old chum. I spent 2 years being off the forum due to blowing my w58, and commuting. Then moved to Paris so the car had an unknown misfire so I was really screwed then! Since then moved back to UK, got a house and have spent past year funding into it. Completely different now man, changed my whole look. Big secret Always loved your style and look. The headlights made it. Inspired me to make my own abflugs!
