All depends on what ecu you have. If you go standalone itll be easier. So much easier.

. I ran 501hp with the dizzy without any issues. On dynojet. I'm certain it would have done more easy enough. Went cold though to save myself the pain.
  4. I have a custom cable. Was specially made. Suits most after market throttle bodies. Pretty much any throttle for Supra. I've gone electric throttle body so it's no longer needed. I hope to pick up my car monday next week. As it's with that. Can take photos. It's an upgraded insulation cable. Its mint to be fair. Hardly used. Cost me £160. So looking for offers.
  5. Really oem looking. Very impressive! Small subtle touches.
  6. I dont have fb. Would love to see photos. Lovely set of wheels.
  7. That's proper nice. Can you link me the kit. Curious to see that. What hp you going for again? Did you just block off the dizzy port?
  8. Loving the cam sensor pickup. Have you mounted something onto the cam gear then for that?

    Japspeed manifold

1000hp is quite the number. I'm an amateur on tuning. But if I had that kind of dosh, I'd just buy a top end proven manifold with twin gates. It would be such a shame to get a flow issue at 950hp and your tuner to tell you its restricted somewhere. Maybe see if they do a twin gate setup. Just to be safe, if you do indeed to go down the route of buying Japspeed. Until tried, no one really knows. Just a bit risky trying uncommon parts. I've done it for years sometimes its cost me!

    Japspeed manifold

From sources I can find, they genuinely look decent. I would however note the Watergate pipe looks quite small and is extended. The length of the pipe adds resistance as well as the diameter. Personally, if you buy it, I'd spend a bit adding a wastegate flange on the Y branch location where the twin feed joins the gate. Ensuring the bigger surface area possible therefore allowing maximum flow. I also prefer a top side wastegate location. I cut and relocated mine. So no jack the car up or ramps just to get to the wastegate. I've had boost spike issues on my T61 at 400hp and modified my manifold to resolve the issues successfully, now adding flow to 500hp, still without issues. I think it would be fine but do advise a few modifications to improve it in those areas.
  13. People dont meet up and pay buddy. I'm sure someone will respond. Give them a chance :-)
  14. Lol.. if you pay. You'll be able to advertise in the for sale section.
  15. Really you should be a paying member to advertise. If I were a mod. I'd delete your post.
  16. No offence taken Chris. I've built analog to digital converters before. I'd prefer to wait for something from yourself than build my own for the time being.

    Diff talk.

Done the hydraulic release bearing on my R154 mate! So sure I can figure it out. Can imagine taxes be a sore figure. Glad you like it. Gave you ever driven a v160. Which T56 did you go with. The 700 ft lb rated setup? How much is the 8in diff?
  18. I others have put a smaller brace on and said it changed how the car handled.
  19. Chris, what else is needed in order to finish the batch. Any electronic assembly work or just part collecting? I'd be interested to complete the work and trial an installation.

    Diff talk.

Long time no speak Jamie. Be interesting to have any feedback on the T56 swap. I spoke to Joel at Grannas. I'm currently running A01B. I did think it would be easier doing both at the same time but youre right man the cost is definitely there.
  21. Just keep pushing the manifold mate. See what itll do!
  22. Yeah I did read vvti is interference. I've gone CoP just by using the dizzy sensor. Whifbitz sorted it for me. Hopefully cop will give better control. I ran 501hp with the dizzy though so it's got some potential for those who have the willingness to keep them. Good choice on the intake. I upgraded but sadly used a low quality throttle body. Keep that in mind if you go down that route! So 600hp on stock intake. that will be cool to see mate!
  23. Cool photos man. You going to stick with stock intake then after the rebuild? Did you do billet mains? I'd love to get an engine build up. I'd love to get myself a vvti NA head for all that though.
  24. What walbro were they buddy? How come went for three. I see some people use the 450 dual sometimes. I like the idea of three. But worry a leak cylinder is worst than a dead one.
  25. For what hp mate - - - Updated - - - Blimey mate. That's some fuel!
